Hey...halfway in the bag could have cared less about the quality of the pizza......just needed something in the stomach.Pizza was SERIOUSLY greasy.....and made a mistake....

This place is located in Primm Valley Casino. Limited hours till 9PM. The pizza overall is good..not great!!! Dough is too chewy. Pepperonis are abundant; cheese has a great taste and served hot!! Slices are available with ones favorite toppings. Due to location, prices are on the high side!! Open area seating!!

last reviewed in 2013, but have eaten there for years before and after then to now. It is our "gold standard" by which every pizza we consume is measured against. We used to spend a couple months a year in Las Vegas but now only get here once or twice a year. Every visit involves a trip to Grimaldi's. They cook their pizza in a coal fired oven (hotter than wood fired) and made just like the better pizza places in New York. We are creatures of habit and always order sausage and pepperoni and every one we have had over the years is exactly like all the others we have had here. It is the best in our opinion. I understand there are 3 locations but this is the only one we go to. We have no reason to go elsewhere. We just wish that they would build a 4th one close to where we live.

Every time I order a large supreme pizza here it is consistently just right. The wait is always the same 12-15 minutes, just enough time to across the parking lot for a Starbucks coffee. This is one local pizza place you can't miss on. Enjoy.
