Reviewed By AdmiralDLPI stayed at this location ten days ago on the last leg of a cross country trip with a UHaul truck to help my son relocate to CA. The physical facility is tired, but adequate. My room seemed clean although the AC unit was quite noisy. But the proprietor made this a very positive stay that I remember well. She directed me to decent places to eat, made sure I understood the wifi coordinates, and was very helpful in allowing me to park the truck in a well lit location that I could see from my room.

Reviewed By MgitsmeI came here because an Airbnb didn’t work out for me in Bullhead Ciry. Exhausted and a bit upset and hungry this was the only show in town with available room. I thought the noise level would be horrible. I’ve been delighted! Clean,large, comfortable and friendly! Coukd r be happier. Tip go toward Bull city for gas. About 7 miles away it’s only $4.49 . Here it’s somewhere in the $6 range! Happy trails!

Wow, what a dump and service to match
Reviewed By steve_ibcaI wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. I booked through a third party. I arrived early around 1:45pm to simply to see if they could accommodate an early check in. If they could, great. If not, no big deal. So I walk in and the guy at the front desk doesn’t even acknowledge me. I finally say hello and without even looking up from his computer, says, “do you have a reservation?” “Yes, I just booked it a couple hours ago,” I responded. Still looking at his computer, the guy smugly asks, “and what time does it show for check in?” Come on man, there’s no need to be a jerk. I simply and nicely let him know I was hoping to get in early. He took a minute or so and said he could not accommodate it. My guess is that it was because I booked third party but I cannot be sure. It’s possible they didn’t have a room ready almost 3 hours after checkout but I doubt it. Either way, just be a HUMAN! Make eye contact, say hello, and treat a customer with some decency. Is that too much to ask?

Reviewed By Adventure38357372389have stayed here a few times there seems to be a shortage of wash clothes . Either the housekeeping doesnt put them in the rooms or there arent any to use just seems weird not to have hand towels or wash cloths

Clean and convenient
Reviewed By DG1106We were heading from California to Colorado and decided to stop for the night in Needles. I called from the road to make a reservation and the Best Western (seemingly the best hotel in town) was fully booked so I ended up booking here. I didn't realize until we arrived at the hotel that I booked through a third party site, ReservationDesk.com, where I ended up being misled by a reservation agent into paying a higher price. I'll never do that again. At the normal hotel rate it is worth the price. I was very apprehensive based on other reviews (that I read after paying for hotel over the phone) but front desk person was so friendly and sweet, our room was extremely clean and neat and the bed was comfortable. Temperatures were 107 AT 10PM, but our room was kept cold with a nonstop window air conditioner. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm, but it wasn't an issue when we were heading out into boiling hot temperatures again the next morning.

Reviewed By lores449Quality Inn in Needles is disgusting. If we hadn't broke down and needed a pet friendly room would not have stayed here. List of issues; shower dirty with long black hair, mold in shower room, dirty toilet, chewed up furniture, stained linens, and plastic cups for coffee? FYI we paid $175 for this dump! Best things: hot water and good TV. Just because we have pets...well behaved...doesn't mean we should have dump rooms.

Reviewed By derekdU6314QWWorst hotel experience ever, was given a room with a broken bed, no garbage can in the room, what looked like coughed up phlegm on light switch, metal trim on entry door had jagged piece dangling off bottom that cut my wife's leg, sink was disgusting as well as floor. After complaining we were sent a letter saying we were refunded night stay but 3 weeks later still haven't seen anything.
