Location is near Labin and the place is quite big and suitable for families with children.
We came here on friends recommendation and good reviews.One should think not everybody could be wrong but that is exactly what it was for us and I was the one that suggested coming here.
I won't mention interior because it' not important, always the same etc..
Service was fine and the owner is very helpful.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with our food. I ordered homemade Istrian pasta with truffles, that is what I often eat during truffle season in Istria.
Instead I got pasta swimming in melted butter as you can see from the photo. It was a very greasy soup...after that we have ordered a dessert and after a lot of waiting.. the smallest dessert ever arrived...it was more like a joke....because people...this is not a slow food excellent restaurant...again...how many times will I say that.
However the price of it would definitively match what we usually pay in much better restaurants...and way better location.
The worst thing is that it wasn't even good, way too sweat, and so were the others my friends took.(I tried all of them)
Maybe we came on a bad day, I don't know.... but unfortunately won't be coming here again.

Charming place, main walkway in the old town of Labin. Overlooking the sea, view on Rabac and island of Cres. We went for lunch and had ribs with potato and coleslaw, presentation as well as taste was beyond expectation. Grilled tuna with swiss chard great too. We will come again for sure.

Lovely setting, friendly and professional service. Nice wine. Food nothing special and hence overpriced at nearly £150 for two adults and two kids - starters, main course, kids drinks and wine. No desserts. Example - crab salad - a small mound of meat, one lettuce leaf and a piece of tomato. £10. Paid less than half this in other Rabac restaurants albeit for lesser meal but importantly had three better, tastier meals in Labin for under a third of the cost !

Restaurant located in center of Rabac without sea view. But place is quiet with friendly stuff and owner. Food is good, fresh and local. Also fresh fish are available. Prices average. We were satisfied, but maybe little bit more expectation because of Nr.1 of Tripadvisor.

During our stay in Labin, we dined twice in this lovely restaurant. I recommend truffle dishes and specially the fish. The owners fishing ship provides the restaurant with beautiful fresh fish. I've had the octopus with polenta, mixed fish plate and fish fillets with truffles. All very tasty. Other people at out table had stakes and they looked very good. Our waitress told us the meat is provided by the local butcher. Service is very friendly. Sooo I'll be back.

Our experience in Rabac was that no matter the price level - the menu was the same. We ate in 6 different restaurants in Rabac and there was very little difference looking at the menus. There was however a big difference in the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff. And that's where Tutti Gusti differentiated itself from the other restaurants. Same menu, food ok, but they were so nice to our three tired kids - very attentive - and smiling, which makes a big difference to us. Location is not the best, but nicely decorated inside. We recommend this place to other restaurants in Rabac.

I would recommend to any visitor, please go to another restaurant! the food was average, the user-friendly but hopeless indeed overwhelmed and not able to take criticism! The waiting time was very long. On the Terrace was only 1 steward at work for approx. 40 guests!?!
Conclusion: sorry folks, but never again!!
