Sabak Awor Resort is a 3-Orchids Budget Hotel with 40 stylish rooms at Muar in Malaysia. This is absolutely the place for you to escape from hectic city life. All of our rooms are completed with attached Bathroom, TV, Hot water shower, Air-condition and Broadband internet WiFi access. We are resort strategically located nestled the Muar River and beside by pass at Muar Second Bridge. About 2 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru. Distance to Muar Town 8 minutes, and 35 minutes drive to Melaka Town. Guests may make leisure karaoke singing and fishing. We are seafood & karaoke music restaurant built at riverside. The resort also has multi-functional stage & hall for conferences meetings and other events.

Reviewed By JinjjaDaebakkI stayed here one night with my mother. Room is rather small however its clean and just nice for two people. Staff are also friendly and the resort provides a spectacular view of the Muar River. Food was also good. We enjoyed otah making as well. Overall there is nothing much to do in the resort so do sign up for day tours like kampong cycling or night tours like the river cruise which will allow you to see Muar at night.

Reviewed By mhmtguzeliş seyahati için geldiğimiz bu oteli şirketimiz seçtiği için kaldık. iyi seçim olmuş. otele girişte otantik bir ortam ve sıcak bir karşılama oldu. resepsiyondaki karşılama, belboyların odaya kadar eşlik edip neredeyse odanın biütün teknik özelliklerini anlatan sunumu doğrusu çok hoşumuza gitti. restaurant ve kahvaltı büfesi çok etkileyiciydi sanki saray da kahvaltı ediyormuşuz gibi hissettik. personelin güleryüzü, size yardımcı olmak için çabalamaları sizi sanki yıllardır geldiğiniz tanıdık yer gibi hissetiriyor.kısacası herşey güzeldi. çok memnun kaldık. rahatlıkla tavsiye edebiliriz.

Reviewed By ml_0811Not gonna stay at this hotel again. I believe all the rooms here are not sound proof. I can hear every footsteps from the room above mine. Stay in room 105, whenever guest at room 103 turn on their shower, my shower also will turn on. Housekeeping not done properly. No tissue provided when I check in. Only empty tissue holder. I expect they give me room as per what they advertise in booking.com but I got Japanese type of room, which I do not request for it at all and it was not mentioned in my booking confirmation.

Reviewed By ABossMTanThis hotel is worth the money that we paid for. Relatively clean and spacious rooms with sufficient toiletries. Water pressure is awesome. However, towels need to be changed as its getting yellowish. There's CTV but only local channels. There's endless flow of coffee/tea facilities at the common area & lounge and wifi is pretty strong. Receptionist friendly but hopeless when you need to communicate in English. No problems with food as there's a pastry & cake shop next to the hotel, coffee shop aplenty around, Starbucks, Papparich and various Korean, Chinese & fusion food outlets within 500m of the hotels

Need more skill staff and upgrade the cleanness of the room
Reviewed By Wira YI came with my family, we take 5 rooms 1 Deluxe family room for me my wife and two kids, 1 Superior family room for my Sister with her family, 2 Deluxe double rooms for my daughter and their husband, around noon the hotel staff call us asking if we are coming, we have paid in full, for sure we are coming, he should ask what time are you coming, that's is the correct question, its seems like if we unable to come they can resale the room again (double selling). it is during a peak time. I told them that we already there in the area and ask them what time can we check-in, he said after 3pm whereby the standard check-in time is after 2pm, I assume maybe they are busy with back to back situation so we came after 5pm just to give them time to makeup the room. Upon check-in, one of the room are not ready at all, we have to call reception to makeup the room, the housekeeping came and make-up the room immediately. We end up having 4 rooms in 1st floor and 1 room on the 2nd floor, there are no elevator in this hotel only staircase, we asking if we could change the room on the 2nd floor to 1st floor as I have bad knee problem and my wife have asthmatic, but the reception staff are very rude telling my son " you have strong shape body you can carry them up". this how you reply with your customer.. ridiculous right.. I was also hotelier before, I understand the situation when hotel are fully booked, but they have to choose word wisely not to make the situation worse. since we just stay for a night, I just change my room with my new wed daughters. The room need deep cleaning, most of the toilet tiles are moldy, edges of toilet bowl are dirty.
