I came here last week for a wine tasting experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady who gave the presentation was very friendly, welcoming, informative and helpful. We were given a good selection of high quality wines to sample, along with local produce - ham, bread, cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar - all of which were of an extremely high quality and very tasty. The atmosphere was comfortable - we were sat at tables rather than standing up for this experience, which was very welcome after a morning of walking around the Christmas market in Trento! There was of course an oppurtunity to buy the products we had tasted, as well as the other products they produced, and I ended up taking 2 bottles of limoncello, 2 bottles of balsamic vinegar (the best I've ever tasted), two bottles of Vino Santo and 2 bottles of another dessert wine home with me. :) I saw in the new year with a glass of their delicious limoncello! I only regret not buying the olive oil as well, but it's an excuse to go back! Also, the advice we were given in relation to the olive oil has helped me know what to look out for when I next purchase olive oil.

We stayed locally on a cycling holiday and visited most days. Wine was excellent, as was service and location. Tried the cheese and meat selections as post ride "nibbles" along with a glass of wine. The setting is superb close to lake with magnificent views of limestone cliffs.

Cinastic offers a good selection of wines and beers. Try new and local tastes. With aperitivo you will have some tasty âaffettatoâ and others easy food on bread. Come visit us and you will never regrets!

In the middle of the small town Molveno is this hidden gem. Its a pub/bar with a wide selection of quality drinks (beer, wine, gin-tonic, cocktails, coffee, non-alcoholic). It also has a small selection of quality sandwiches made with locally sources meats and cheeses which taste amazing. A modern approach but with traditional & regional ingrediënt. Must visit when in Molveno. It is a bit hard to find but a sign from the main street senda you there
