I was exploring Novi Sad for the day and came across Bouquet Wine House. Wine is a passion (I've been to more than 275 wineries/tasting rooms around the world), so I was excited to find a wine bar where I could have a late lunch and enjoy some local wines. It was a super hot day, so I skipped the outdoor seating and sat inside where it was cooler. I had great service from the very beginning. The staff spoke English and were very knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed my preferences and what they had, and I ended up enjoying two very different and excellent Rieslings. The food was delicious too (see pictures) and great values. I highly recommend Bouquet Wine House.

The atmosphere is delightful, quiet jazz music in the background, an exquisitely decorated interior. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Food was low-quality for the price. I recommend chicken stuffed with mozzarella, with excellent baked potatoes. Salads were tasteful. The most expensive steak in the restaurant was average. The favoured meal of veal is under every expectation, greasy, inadequate and delicious due to too many carrots. The wine card is good but too short. All in all, mediocre and disappointing, because I had many recommendations.

Bistro la Mer is undoubtedly the best steak restaurant in Novi Sad. The variety and quality of meat makes difference comparing with other restaurants. Especially, should be noticed that it is the only one restaurant in Novi Sad that has Mibrasa Charcoal Oven. The result is excellent grill. In addition, wine list is excellent. They have wines from all over the world. We appreciated very much that the smoking is not allowed in the part of Bistro, which is restaurant, what is quiet rare in Novi Sad. Therefore, you can enjoy meals without inhaling cigarettes smoke!

Pasta, pizza, meat, I´ve tried several dishes so far, and I would say you can´t go wrong with any choice. They´re close to the city center, but still not in such a noisy and crowded street. They have excellent coffee, pleasant and professional staff and a non-smoking area (thank you!). After eating at the Fish and Zeleni, we had to try Project 72. We were not disappointed.... as we stay away from red meat, eating out in Serbia can be challenging. Not at this place. We had two fish entrees ...tuna steak and the perch pike and both were very good. The eggplant appetizer and the lemon tart were superb as well.
