We had just finished visiting the Jesuitenkirche on the left bank of the Reuss River and decided to take a small break and order some desert at the Opus Restaurant which is located right next to the church with a grand view of the Reuss River and Old Town Lucerne. We sat down and it took awhile before we were served. We ordered a couple deserts which were brought out on a timely manner; the deserts were very delicious but not cheap. Probably paying for the location and view! They are a full service restaurants so we cannot vouch for how the dinners are but the deserts are tasty but expensive. The service overall from our experience was no more than average. And the view is lovely - it probably would be a great setting for an early evening dinner sitting outside viewing Old Town Lucerne.
