I've been to this restaurant many times over the years. Shaking beef is still a great dish, and as my title says there are moments when I really like it. I would say that it's not 100% consistent though. If someone is asking me for a recommendation for a business dinner in downtown PA on a weeknight, this is a good choice.

This isa fantastic Vietnameese/Asian fusion style Place. Very large and great atmosphere with bar downstairs and separate dining upstairs. Food had great flavor. Loved the crispy fried snapper. Most small plates are in the 10-20/range Entrees are in the high 20s.. Would definitely go back again for a nice meal

My visit there was very pleasant. The service was good, efficient but not very personal. We had Fresh Spring Rolls which were nothing to talk about and think they were not prepared there. The mango chicken was very good and the Honey Walnut Prawns were good but not quite as good as other places near by. Over all I think this is a place I will return to so try other selection I am interested in. Since it is close to my work I will return.
