Ordered through home delivery app and didnât expect much but tired after long flight home and fridge empty. Boy weâre we surprised. Great chicken and corn soup with lots of chicken. Salt and pepper prawns, chicken omelette and special fried rice. All amazingly good. Prawns succulent and can imagine if not home delivered would have been much crispier. Chicken omelette tasty and authentic and special fried rice a tad over cooked but still tasty. All in all a great home delivery with cheerful lad and on time from âeat nowâ Can highly recommend.
All three dishes tasted very similar, we couldn't tell them apart. However, the prices were reasonable for Thai food ($13-$16 a dish).

We've eaten here about 5 times during the past year. The food and service has been very good except on this last visit. The service was very slow to take our order. My wife had finished her entree and mine arrived about 10 mins after. The curry puffs were tasty, but my salt & pepper squid had about 6 small pieces of squid and more of battered vegetables. Also, the bottom of the basket was full of batter crumbs. A real disappointment. They forgot or drinks order and we had to remind them what we ordered.I tried a different main this time .... "red spicy pork belly" as it looked good in the photo and read well. Unfortunately, the dish only had about 6 small pieces of the pork. The rest of the dish was covered by string bean pieces and the sauce. The sauce was OK but not much spice (3 chillie rating) as described in the menu.Overall, the experience was a real let down from previous visits.I think their take - away / delivery orders is impacting their dine-in service.
The actual name for this restaurant is 92 Chilli Basil Thai. Food was beautiful and lovely. Me and my friend did enjoy food here, and I do recommend Pad Thai and Chicken Satay. Restaurant is tidy and neat. Service was ok.

We must have picked the wrong night because cannot agree with previous reviews, great Thai. We were a party of 9. Enjoyed the evening, restaurant was empty for Wednesday evening. Entrees were good, however, excepting the prawn stir fry the other 3 choices were disappointing. Don't know whether they were cooking for local tastes or that they run out of lemon grass and chillies. All 3 meals lacked depth and were tasteless. Penang curry was extremely mild, pad king awful. It's a shame because restaurant is nice and cosy, good service and enjoyable. It's been many years since I was last at Aree's and it will be a few years before I will get back. I could game a lot better Thais on the Central Coast. Sorry, but perhaps the main Cook has a night off.

I have only eaten here once and thats all I need to make this review. Expensive food for sub-par quality. Sure the staff were nice enough, but the dishes were small and just terribly flavoured. I've never been served a basil noodle dish with whisky. This isn't authentic or tasty. Save yourself the money and go across the road to another thai place. The decor was also odd and old.

Really nice Thai Restaurant with a very wide & deep menu covering all the traditional food you would expect. But the main difference having included within lots of âStreet foodâ options which really makes a difference. Very service related staff and friendly. Will certainly make this a return eating place for me and my family.

Ordered one chicken n sweet corn soup, average but Ok. Barbecued pork pad siew yoo, sorry about spelling , only had noodles and pork in and no decent veggies, Singapore noodles also lacking ingredients. It is quite cheap and ok if your looking for quick bite, but honestly they could do heaps better. Disappointing.

We've looking for a good local thai restaurant on the Central Coast and Siam Empire didn't disappoint (thank you to those that take the time to review). Dinner of Pad Thai (Tofu), Papaya salad and Massaman Beef. All flavoursome and close to the real thing. Staff friendly and fast. We'll be back.
