Die Kantine, ehemals Guss ist eine sehr gemütliche Location geworden mit hübscher Aussenbar und den wohl besten Burger weit und breit. Der ideale Ort um nach Feierabend mit den Arbeitskollegen oder Freunden auf den Feierabend anzustossen, die Bar karte hat superfeine Drinks drauf, würde sagen einmalig in Bülach! Man kann Töggelen, Pingpong spielen und hoffentlich bald seine Wunschlieder an der Musikbox wählen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der lange Weg zur Toilette, besonders wenn es regnet..aber bei all den positiven Punkten kann man da gut drüber weg schauen!

I go there all the time for lunch. Only CHF 10.00 for a pasta box and drink. Great price and the pasta is really good. I usually go for the spaghetti bolognese, and it is near perfect.

This was our first visit to a restaurant once we landed in Switzerland (from Canada). The First Lady we spoke to didnât speak English but was able to connect us with someone who spoke English enough that we could be served. It was a beautiful afternoon so we opted to eat outdoors. The server gave us an idea of the more popular menu items. We selected chicken burger with French fries and two cokes. The food came quick and was still hot. The burger was actually incredible- the chicken was well cooked and full of flavour. The toppings and sauce was delicious. I was too hungry and dove in before I could take a photo. However the lovely server had mentioned to us that a popular item is a salad that includes cheese from Switzerland and sausage. We werenât too sure if we would like it and in comparison to canadian prices eating here is EXPENSIVE so we stuck with something we knew. However the restaurant was so generous and let us sample the salad for free. And it was INCREDIBLE. The dressing was good and the whole experience was fantastic. I am glad I got to try it.Very polite friendly staff who try very hard to help foreigners have a great experience and thatâ was the best part for us.

The restaurant is pretty nice, the waiters are very kind and friendly. The food was substantially good. We chose the Jumbo-Schnitzels with risotto and spinach as supplements.The prices are not so expensive.Surely we'll eat there again.

I live in a neighboring town and have eaten here twice. Both times steak, served on a hot stone, with a variety of sauces and side dishes. Pretty good, and the prices are not outrageous as is the norm in Switzerland.The building is very interesting, it is quite old and used to be the jail house in Bulach. Recommend.

It's not cheap, and the portions are smaller than average, but the quality is always there. The Flammekuchen is delicious. There appetisers usually a little inventive and very tasty. The service is mostly good. I just hate how they always place me in the middle just because I eat alone.

Nice little restaurant with friendly staff in center of Bulach. Focus seems to be on fish, and I probably had the best Egli fillets I have ever tasted in Switzerland - just supreme. Only downside is the price, seems a bit expensive to me for what it is, even for Swiss prices. Still, it is worth it if you want to treat yourself.
