Short 20 minute wait for dinner at 8:30. Seated nicely with lots of fresh plates from the belt. Unfortunately, being a little late in the evening, a few items were sold out. But what was still available was delicious.

This is the main store, which opened in 1967, and "is a restaurant that is dedicated to local Hiroshima cuisine". Not exactly cheap, but rather reasonably priced, and you should make reservations, else you will wait close to 45 minutes for a table during dinner time (they will record your name and ask you to return at a certain time). Had this grilled oyster set for dinner - comes with a breaded oyster, one grilled with cheese, and one with a pesto sauce. The dish that I really liked was this rice with shrimp and comes steamed in a stone hot bowl.
