3 girlfriends having dinner with no reservation, but there was plenty of room at the high top tables in the bar! Chris T. was our server. We had a delicious meal, 2 of us had the yummy shrimp & grits and our friend had what looked like a loaded lobster roll! The house chardonnay wine was good - crisp and light - perfect with the shrimp.Thank you giving us the opportunity to serve you! We often visit this restaurant for business lunch. The lunch specials and service are always very good. I love the pad thai. Others continuously order garlic chicken and fried rice.

Entire experience was wonderful! Beautiful restaurant, amazing food and great service. Ate multiple meals here during my time in Clearwater and I was never disappointed. The fresh catch options and suggestions from servers were delicious and sushi was incredible! Enjoyed breakfast at Ocean Hai on our first morning's stay at Wyndham Grand, then enjoyed dinner on the second night of our stay. Both outside/veranda tables and inside/air conditioned tables available.For breakfast we ordered from the menu but a full buffet was also available.My husband and I each ordered coffee and our own omelets which were both HUGE and each accompanied by sweet potato hash, asparagus spears and toast - all delicious.The next evening for dinner we chose the 8-course Omakase chef's tasting menu for $70 each along with a couple of prickly pear cocktails. Everything we received was beautiful to look and delicious and we would make that selection again. Enjoyed our first course during a breathtaking sunset.For both meals we enjoyed efficient, friendly servers who practiced active listening. The only thing we suggest changing: mostly hard surfaces so the space can tend to be a little loud/noisy, impacting the overall ambiance. Fairly pricey, otherwise an excellent dining experience; we would visit again.Ocean Hai overlooks the beach/gulf coast - a romantic setting indeed.

We were warmly greeted by the valet parking attendant next the gracious hosted that seated us at a table with an excellent view to start the evening of Celebration .Our Server Russell Rinchiuso and his team were attentive and their customer service was impressive! Russell was so completely knowledgeable about the menu and provided descriptions of the entrees that made us almost say " one of everything"!!! The honoree had shrimp cocktail and I had a crab cake both just as delicious as Russell advised!!! Ahhhh dinner...the honoree decided on the Ribeye and I had the Red Snapper.Both choices mouthwatering and absolutely devine as we both sat quietly enjoying every morsel of our food!! Russell was thoughtful bringing the honoree a tasty chocolate torte to honor his birthday. We both had an outstanding, beautiful evening with magnificent service by Russell, watching the sunset at Caretta on The Gulf delighting our taste buds and enjoying such a magnificent evening birthday celebration!!
