Novo Sancti Petri is a resort town in the municipality of Chiclana de la Frontera in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia, southwestern Spain. It lies along the Playa de la Barrosa to the south of the main town of Chiclana. It is known for its high number of golf courses and hotels, covering an area of about 4000 hectares. The municipality contains the largest number of hotel beds in the province of Cadiz and the Costa de la Luz and has about 20 luxury hotels which are 4 or 5 star. Notable golf courses include the 36-hole Club de Golf Novo Sancti Petri, the 18-hole Club de golf Melia Sancti Petri, the 9-hole Club de Golf Campano, European Golfes Academy, Escuela de golf Practeegolf and Campo de golf Lomas de Sancti Petri. It also includes the Barceló Sancti Petri Spa Resort.

We've been to this place several times before, first when it was La Pampa, an Argentinian restaurant, and then when it changed hands and became Pepe Fusion. We weren't impressed with the latter and didn't go back. Well, it's changed hands again and Pepe has been joined by Milan, well-known from his time at a number of different restaurants in the area. El Caserio and Mar y Monte are the best known. I have submitted a number of reviews on them. Milan is an expert procurer of excellent meat from different parts of the country which he then cooks on a barbecue fired with different types of wood, while also acting as host when not too busy. Wherever he has been, he has left his mark on the menu, not just by designing it with a very similar appearance but, more importantly, choosing the dishes. These are now probably quite different from those offered by PepeFusion. Very good meat and lots of fresh vegetables are the most notable ingredients. Don't get me wrong: this is not, or not yet, a place for vegetarians. My son and I sampled some mussels cooked in a very tasty sauce, before sharing a chuletón ( a beef chop) from a cow that once lived in the north of Spain. Both very good! The restaurant has now changed its name to incorporate Mar y Monte. This is Milan's trade name. Maybe someone will be able to have the name changed on Trip Advisor but I'm not confident that will happen any time soon, based on my past experience. Go there, you'll have a good meal in pleasant surroundings with good service.

Lovely restaurant, a little out of the way of the beach, but worth a visit.Excellent choice of steaks, cooked very well and served by friendly helpful staff.Try the Churrasco.....so tender and tasty.Lovely choice of starters, recommend the scrambled egg, with black pudding, raisins and pine nuts. I think it is called Revuelto de la casa. Buy one to share between two as quite large.We always visit at least once when in the area.

Cheese filled sachets, good jamón serrano (ham), grilled goat cheese with caramelized onions and apricot jam, grilled vegetables or grilled beef/ox meat.Kind of noisy and busy... A place to go with friends or family. Bring your mosquito repellent. Prices a higher than average in the area, but quality is good enough.It has a comfortable lounge bar for a drink after.

Neben dem Thunfisch Restaurant Atunante, hat das Royal Hideaway Hotel auch die "La Braseria". Steakhouse und gegrillten Fisch. Einen Abend hatten wir das Chateau-Brian, welches gut war, jedoch hat die Bernaise Sauce gefehlt. Fleisch aber sehr gut. Am anderen Abend hatten wir dann ein Rib-Eye (leider zu klein da ein dicker Rand nur fett war) und ein Thuna-Steak. Für das Thuna Steak besser ins Atunante gehen...

Called first time this year and not disappointed. Although busy, we were seen to and served very quickly by smiling staff. Russian salad and Chocolate (strips of fried cuttlefish). Weâre fresh and tasted great. Coffee was hot and tasty. Would recommend to anyone to give it a try.

Visited here after reading good reviews and was not disappointed. The waiter was polite and helpful and the food was lovely, portions are big so go with an appetite. i only had the goats cheese salad but it was huge and delicious.
