I ordered a Finnish tenderloin. The meat was of really good quality, but it was prepared in old "fat" or something. Had a really bad side taste to it. Why do you destroy good meat????? One of the other friends ordered different type of meat, but with the same side taste to it. Shame on you......

Kokokana is a curious place in the sense that you can actually get two visits for the price of one: your first and last. The menu is primarily bland chicken-based dishes, the quality of which is actually on the same level as S-group's gas station chain ABC.Service was actually ok, which was a nice surprise in Vaasa but the kitchen is really slow. We wondered where could we watch nice scenery while driving and then still eat well. We found this place from North Vallgrund (Norra Vallgrund). Driving from Vaasa the scenery is beautiful. Along the way is Raippaluodon silta (bridge). From the outside of house, you can not guess that the food is really good! We ate with a friend couple and everyone said that the food was incredibly good! We will go again. The restaurant was in all modesty attractive. Old Fiat bonnet adorned the window board. You can sit inside or outside on the terrace. So very happy discovery! / Från utsidan kan inte gissa att maten här var riktigt bra! Vi åt med en vän par och alla sa att maten var otroligt bra! Vi kommer att gå igen. Gammal Fiat motorhuv smyckade fönstret styrelsen. Lycklig upptäckt! /Mietimme missä kivassa paikassa voisimme ajella katselemassa maisemia syödä silti hyvin. Kesäloma kun on. Löysimme tämän paikan Norra Vallgrundista. Ajoimme Vaasasta ja maisemat ovat kauniit. Matkan varrella Raippaluodon silta. Ulkoapäin ei voi arvata että ruoka oli todella hyvää! Söimme kaveripariskunnan kanssa ja jokainen totesi, että ruoka oli uskomattoman hyvää! Menemme uudelleen. Ravintola oli sisältä persoonallinen. Vanha Fiatin konepelti koristi ikkunalautaa. Myös muuta hauskaa löytyi. Iloinen löytö!
