We had a very nice diner with good fresh food! The service is very good and they are very friendly. The place looks real nice and cousy!They went the extra mile and offered us cigarettes and a beerglass to take home as a souvenir! This is what hospitality should look like, making us feel right at home! Thanks for having us! If you want to have a great night out, We recommend you go to this place!

Nice place for a drink on the lovely terrace and enjoy the view of the market and its people walking around.Friendly staff and good quality/price balance. One of the waiters looks exactly like the young Johnny Depp: so funny :-)

We stopped at Krone for a beer and a bite. We shared ½ Dutzend Minifrikadellen mit Krone-Senf (6 meatballs with âKroneâ mustard; â¬3.00) and Original Labskaus mit Rote Betescheiben (Mashed potatoes, brisket and beetroot; â¬3.10) â and their Labskaus was much better than the one we had in Bremen. The biergarten was pleasant and the service professional and prompt.

We had burger and chips as it was listed in the menu as "homemade". Which it was. The menu is pretty standard German fare with a couple of favourites such as the burgers we had. Well presented and tasty, this is more of a "ad hoc" meal out rather than a special occasion but with prices to match. A decent enough place for a casual dine out.Many thanks for your review. It is hard to believe that this excellent restaurant is successful in the city since 2011 and nobody dared to write about it! Well, I am all compliments to it!Mladen describes the history of the place briefly on the webpage, which deserves a visit anyway.With its prime location, the steakhouse has three areas: tables outdoors on the sidewalk, indoor tables for more intimacy and a backyard/biergarten, what most visitors prefer.There is always a lunch menu with unbeatable prices and the main menu is well-presented and extremely varied. Both beef from Argentina and lamb/beef from New Zealand are what drags the attention straight away!Most orders include a salad, which you can make yourself at the buffet opposite the bar, and they are flexible enough to small alterations if necessary, especially regarding allergies or intolerances.Service is most friendly and close without being invasive, I hope Mladen keeps having his house full as usual and others can share their good comments here soon.
