The scenery was beautiful and the "all inclusive" meal was top notch. The breakfast and lunch were both terrific!

Welcome. Since Marino and Dominica will start with the snack bar and the small ember, more than 25 years have passed. We retake the reins as second generation Jorge and Karine, following the path already marked; Quality ingredients cooked with affection a
The food was good but the view was even better! Balcon del Pirineo is a casual restaurant with outdoor seating overlooking the mountains (hence the name). We had a big meal of huevos rotos con trufa, roasted red peppers, a salad and some wonderful beef plus a bottle of wine and dessert for about 30 euros/person. It was very busy the day so service was a little slow, but the view made up for it! A great place to fuel up after a hike, especially if you want to eat outside.

We were attracted to this restaurant because, unlike most rural Spanish establishments, its menu included vegetarian and vegan dishes. I started with braised cardoon in a rich, creamy almond sauce, followed by a brik - crispy pastry filled with purple potato, mushrooms and tofu, accompanied by grilled vegetables and an onion sauce. This was a beautiful, colourful dish, packed with flavour, and if I went back and it was on the menu, I'd definitely order it again. I wish I didn't live a day's drive away, otherwise I'd be a regular diner in the Atalaya, not only for the quality of the food, but also the attentive and friendly service.

Great food in great scenic spot about 5 miles up a mostly unmade road along the canyon of the Bujaruelo valley. Lots of great walks start from here, or this could be the end of a walk up the valley from the Puente de Navarre. We could not believe what great food they could produce in such an isolated spot, though the fresh air makes everything taste better.Muchas gracias por tu opinión, es importante para nosotros saber que nuestro esfuerzo en hacer las cosas bien, tiene resultados.Es cierto que en este entorno todo sabe bueno, si se sabe valorar.Un saludo

Our favourite pintxos bar from a recent trip. Small bar but felt very authentic and the food was really nice. The guy running it spoke very little English and we spoke very little Spanish yet he still made us feel very welcome somehow. Tasty traditional dishes and favoured by the locals.

We were visiting Broto a bit later in the year and some of the restaurants were already closed for the season. We went to the casa Joaquin and were not disappointed. The menus were really great with a good wine. The decorations inside are also very nice and ... really great service.

Had an evening meal plus dessert here - pizzas, dessert, beers and coffee all for less than 33 euros!! Beat that. Service polished, pizza bases possibly the thinnest we have had, toppings generous.

Tipical Spanish, little-town bar. Lots of ambiance, excellent tapas, restaurant @ second floor with excellent food (three-course meal), very good prices. very good privce
Family run and very pleasant they are too. Good buzz in the place and good priced set menu. Food basic fare and wines also ok. Good selection of salads to start and chicken broth fine but not as hearty as expected. Not many vegetables in sight on the various meat dishes.Authentic and charming

Don't miss this gem if you're visiting Torla. The artichoke "pudding" (more like a flan) with jambon and roasted red pepper sauce was heavenly. My steak was thin sliced, but seared perfectly outside and rare inside, tender as could be. My wife had grilled pork tenderloins in a tarragon cream sauce that was also delicious. The tarijillo dessert put it all over the top. Lovely service in a charming dining room. Did I mention the menu is only 23 euros and the restaurant has a Michelin star?
