Situé sur le chemin de Saint Jacques environ 6 kms après l étape classique de Belorado, la maison des désirs est un véritable havre de paix dans un site tranquille et dans un petit village charmant. Les hôtes sont accueillants et il est possible d avoir son repas préparé le soir . Au final 25 euros pour une chambre parfaite, 10 euros pour le menu et une large terrasse pour se reposer après les 30 kms de marche. Le site vaut vraiment la peine de s y arrêter si on cherche le calme .

I think my paella was actually not fresh. The portions are so small and bad qality.the place itself have a nice pool and our foom was ok but don't eat here. :))

Located right on the Plaza Mayor, Etoile has a full menu as well as a pilgrim's meal. Although it wasn't anything outstanding, the food was good with attentive service by the waiter. The mixed salad I had as a first course was excellent. However, the main course of calamari was just breaded, previously frozen, fish that I found to be disappointing. However, as with all pilgrim meals, the red wine was plentiful. Not a bad meal, but I would probably suggest looking elsewhere before eating at Etoile.

My wife and I are walking the Camino and booked this place because of the other reviews. They were spot on! This place is spotless, the bathroom is really nice and the room is spacious compared to other Camino hotels. The people who run this place are very friendly. Definitely worth it. We thought it was 47 euros but they charged us 49. A small blip that doesn't take away from an overall very favorable experience.

Friendly staff and good food. There is a bar and cafe in front and dining room in the back, frequented at the mid-afternoon lunchtime by mostly locals. The menu del dia actually looked great, but I was hankering for a steak. Mine was cooked just as I like it (medium rare) with crispy potato slices and grilled padron peppers. My vino tinto by the glass was an especially good Rioja and a bargain as so many good wines in this region are.

After days of walking the Camino, it was nice to stumble onto this setup which in addition to the restaurant includes a dormitory alburgue and a really nice pension with great rooms and facilities. Belen, Omar & especially Ana were the most hospitable hosts and our lunch and dinner were delicious. We stayed in a room at the pension and it was also great. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for showing a couple of peregrinos such great hospitality.

This restaurant provides an excellent menu for Pilgrims on the Camino and for any other overnight visitors. The staff are most helpful and versed in several languages. The group of friends I have made on the Camino enjoyed a wonderful night. Highly recommendable.
