Wir waren nach Voranmeldung mit vier Personen zum Mittagessen in diesem Agriturismo. Ob Feigen, Melonen, Mozzarella, Tomaten, Ricotta, Bruschetta, Aubergine, Risotto oder Tiramisu: es war lecker, frisch und üppig portioniert! Nach individuellen Essgewohnheiten (vegetarisch, vegan) wurde gefragt, alles wurde berücksichtigt. Wir empfehlen das Tenuta Portarare gerne weiter.

Me and my family decided to stop there from the beach... It was the sundown time, so the atmosphere was so nice!! The area is wonderful and all we tried as food was perfect!! Expecially pizza!!Absolutely not so expensive!!

We visited again this summer (2015) and were delighted to find that the quality of the Pizzas remains unchanged - and excellent. You have to accept that the service is typically Italian - slow - and it is best to get there before 9.00pm and NOT when there is a local festa. That said, they serve the best pizzas in the area - which accounts for their popularity.

We had several lunches and dinners over there during our 12 days stay in Ascea. La Porta Rosa offers great marine and terrestrial food at reasonable prices. Also good local wines and elicious home desserts. Very quick and friendly service. People say that they also serve a good pizza but we never tried it. What else to meet everybody's taste?

We had lunch here during our visit to the lovely Acciaroli village. The place is minimal with focus on food to go but they also serve the few tables outside. The choice is quite large. My wife opted for grilled veal while I devoured most of the available vegetables. The ortolana and the zucchini scapece were delicious as also the alici maruzzella. The service was quick and very friendly. The price was a bargain considering the top quality of the food. Do not miss it!

Wonderful bar in Pioppi. We stopped a couple of afternoons while sightseeing in the area. The service was warm and inviting. The wine and snacks were very good. Highly recommend a visit or 2.

We met friends at the beach and they suggested we join them for dinner at Mamma Angelino's/ What a night and what a dinner. This restaurant is on the street that parallels the beach in Marina Casal Velino. If you walk out the restaurant's front door and cross the street you are on the beach! Our friend, who is Italian and lives in this town and owns the best bakery in town, Franco's Bar ordered our meal with the owner. Plate after plate of different fish came out. Each better than the previous. When I saw our friend about to order entrees, I said BASTA (enough) we all agreed. The food was fabulous and the service great. We will return.
