I had a day off and it rained non stop all morning . We didnât want to go too far as travelling would have been horrendous. We changed our plans decided to do jobs in the morning then have lunch out. We chose to come here as itâs not open when Iâm off work. It was so lovely, the decor is fab and like a traditional tea room. We were met with a nice warm welcome. The service was wonderful and friendly and now for the best bit .... the food and drink . Tea was hot and refreshing served in china cups. We shared because we both wanted the same. The Cheese and onion pie served with salad was so tasty and homemade, the tuna sandwiches were fresh and also tasty. The cakes were divine lemon curd sponge was light and fluffy and the ginger nut topped cake was excellent . Thanks for making my wet day off wonderful

This is probably the best butty shop I've been to in the local area! We pop in quite often if we are heading over to Whalley or clitheroe! I usually opt for sausage on toast! Both the bread and sausage are of a high standard! And it's always served wth a smile :)
