The waitress was the only one in the whole place and serving around 15 tables. It took over 20 mins to get a menu! The food is very good but don't go if you are in a rush..

We wanted to meet up with family for a day at the beach and were hoping to find a relaxed beach bar type place for lunch. Le Spot seemed ideal, as it was on the beach, and also close to the free car park. We couldn't have been happier with the location - right on the beach and looking at the beautiful sea. They also had sun loungers for hire, which we didn't do, as 10 euros each (6 of us) came to too much. We had lunch, which was OK, not brilliant. We are all vegetarian, so had things from the starter menu (all around 12 euros).The portions were OK for someone not very hungry. We also ordered some chips to share, which made up for it. If it were a restaurant in town I would never go back there, but considering it's on a lovely beach, it was adequate.... the staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. End-of-season I suppose.

What can I say?! We have known Chris for some years as a service staff and are very proud of what he and Fred have put on their feet. A modern furnished restaurant with very delicious food! About the good service there is nothing more to say than thank you for your patience. Keep it up!

Discovered casually this restaurant during a trip job. What to say...great fresh fish, cooked and served perfectly. Lobster, brab, oysters on top!Very kindly staff.

Pour ma part, ce n'était pas la première fois que je vais dans ce restaurant, mais y aller en couple, c'est totalement différent.Le cadre du restaurant est toujours aussi sublime et magnifique.Notre table était jolie et décorée sans chichis !!! La carte est à la hauteur du prix mais cela en vaut le coup !!!Je recommande ce restaurant sans regret ni soucis car vous y êtes très bien accueillis et le personnel très poli et charmant.

I cannot really communicate just how good this place is. Excellent fresh ingredients combined in thoughtful ways, a tasty wine list. A tomato and burrata salad that melted in the mouth, a delightfully tender saltimbocca washed down with a sympathetic organic vin de table, served with knowledge, intelligence and enthusiasm - they made for a wonderful evening in Frontignan

A busy Sunday, so there was a wait for service from time to time, but a fabulous beachside location, great salad starters and lamb, steak and Gambas mains were terrific.So glad we went. Parking a little tricky but can't wait to go back. Thank you!
