Fantastic welcome in a typical restaurant. Enjoyed a birthday treat evening meal at this quayside restaurant in the heart of Solenzara. The staff were very obliging offering a quite extensive and varied menu of some 'French' staples and several interesting dishes. The service was prompt and the food was good. There is a reasonable wine list mainly offering Corsican wines. The restaurant is popular [always a good sign] so booking may be advisable especially during the peak season.

Ordered Moules Marinières + Frites, and a Panaché. Served Moules Marinières + Oven Potatoes with Herbs. No exchange offered.Moules Marinières were fresh but over salty.Good fresh bred and nice Pietra Panaché.Location is nice and quiet.Service is minimally good and friendly. Not enough to motivate someone to come again.

We spent the sunny day on the large white sandbeach in front of the restaurant Palauma. It is open all day which is so convinent since there are not a lot of restaurants on this beach. We decided to stay for dinner and we are happy we did, good food, nice and welcoming staff, and eating with feet in the sand.... Perfect !
