Very good !!!! We have been at this establishment now for 3 years and the staff has treated us with kindness. Itâs one reason we continue to return here. We visit 101 Ocean on Saturday evening as a couple. The design atmosphere was amazing. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. She took excellent care of us. We ordered from the raw bar a one pound of shrimps which it was an excellent choice. Shrimps were fresh and tasty. So the wine. It was a fantastic night and restaurant choice.

Fast service, good food, great atmosphere and with late night service a plus.Started with shrimp, then seafood combo then main dinners of fish scallops, rice and mixed veggies.. Very enjoyable and we were seated by the fish tank for continued enjoyment. Good choices for children.

This place has good reviews, was near our resort, and is right on the the ocean. It should have been great, but it was a terrible experience. I would like to give it a negative number, but I gave a poor because of the view and the food. The service was virtually nonexistent. After waiting forever for our bill, the view sort of lost its appeal. Then we got the wrong bill. Rather than go and get our bill, our server had us go to the lobby to pay. It was especially disappointing because I thought this would be a wonderful place for lunch on my birthday.Hello! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Weâre sorry to hear you felt your service was non existent. We pride ourselves on our food and service and are disappointed you had a negative experience. We are delighted you enjoyed your food but surprised to hear there was an issue with getting your correct bill. Our lobby desk is unable to process restaurant checks so we are unsure how and why you would be sent there to pay. We will re-address service standards with all of our staff as we take all reviews seriously and we are always working to improve our quality. That was a bad recommendation. Service was good with Mary. We shared two specials, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 rack ribs. They looked and tasted precooked and heated on grill grate for lines and sauce put on. Everyone said fall off bone, but Publix rotisserie chicken is better, as our my ribs. Two nights out, two bummers. Find me the hometown places, please!

I knew that this place was going to be good when we arrived. As we were outside waiting to be seated, I noticed that no one in the restaurant had a tan. This was a local's joint for the most part. There is a regular menu as well as daily specials which are put up on a chalkboard, and erased as they sell out. We were a group of 11 people, and so we were able to try many dishes. As appetizers we had the clam chowder, conch fritters, stamp & go fish cakes, calamari, and clams casino. For our mains we had fish & chips, tuna steak, fried shrimp, jerked pork, & the stuffed shrimp. Everything was very good. The service was fast & friendly. You definitely need to visit this hidden gem if you're in Pompano beach. It's even worth the drive if you're staying in Fort Lauderdale.

Simply just so delicious! Both Chinese, sushi and dessert. The service is on top, they go and take one's empty plates continuously and fill up drinks without sitting and waiting at all. The price is so cheap compared to what you get. Simply nothing but an absolutely fantastic experience

First of all if you haven't been there, use your GPS or Google maps. And when you see the outside, don't let that keep you out. It doesn't look like much from the outside.But inside, the fish is fresh and it's one of the few places that will still cook your catch if you bring it in and they only charge $10 for the dinner with two sides. Unbeatable deal.I definitely recommend the cracked conch, kind of like fried clams but way better!They are moving soon, so you may want to give them a call when you're ready to go to be sure they haven't moved yet. Ranked 5th best restaurant in Pompano Beach - and worth it!
