Place to enjoy in good food, good wine and good people.
We went there for souper, and something local. We didn't look for a several course meal, just a local speciality, and a great dessert. As we do not drink alcohol, wine, we thought to be in trouble while entering...:-).What a surprise seeing this very cosy, homy, nice place. Waiter is owner, and has it to represent his business, and what they have to offer. We had a couple of different local old meats, and cheeses. He served me a delicatesse for dessert, cheese with dates, and figes, all together heated...that became some sort of a caramel smelling, super dessert !!!!

Traditional dalmatian restaurant in the heart of the old city center. It's cozy ambient and delicious food will make you feel special. Feel the magic of the local cuisine and domestic atmosphere.
After a week of pizzas and pasta, we headed to Jadera on the recommendation of our sailing skipper. Great menu, quality food and service that was fun and friendly.Huge portions (I had the monkfish) so donât do as we did and order starters and mains!!! The âappetisersâ are a full course in themselves!

We simply didnât want a big meal, and the waiter was fabulous in getting us a taste of a local wine to be sure we liked it, and then speedily got us two very tasty and perfectly cooked thin crust pizzas. Sitting outside meant that we were surrounded by smokers... the only negative about this restaurant.

Traditional Dalmatian cuisine with a twist of modern. Taste local, fresh and authentic meals made from finest ingredients. We cook with love, as our grandmothers taught us. Looking forward to your visit! *please note that we do not take reservations.
Loved our meal here. Fantastic service. Great wine. Wonderful atmosphere. Food was spectacular. Overall highly recommended.

Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere despite music playing too loudly. I ordered the risotto with roasted vegetables - more accurately, rice with chopped veggies and sauce. Given the saltiness and extreme amount of steam rising off of it, my guess is that it was frozen and reheated in a microwave. It was tasty and filling enough, but not nearly worth the steep price. If you have a microwave, check out the freezer section of your local Spar for a comparable meal at a fraction of the price. Paper napkins, always disappointing at a sit-down place. Typical tourist restaurant, probably no worse than the next. Friendly service was appreciated, and I loved being able to pay by credit card.

The âPet bunara dine & wineââ restaurant is located alongside the square bearing that same name. It has been the enriching and the refining element of the Zadar gastronomic scene for more than 35 years. Constantly changing and adapting throughout the year
Service was slooooow even though the place was completely empty. The waitress seemed as disgruntled as I was that, as a gluten-free vegetarian, the only thing I could order was the pumpkin soup. I couldnât tell if she hated me specifically or if surly was her natural demeanor. The atmosphere looked nice, but I left dispirited.Dear Trishka-9,thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as expected. Please visit us again and we will make it up to you on the best way we can - entirely free of charge. Hope we meet again...Kind regards,Vladimir

Restaurant in the center of the old town with a cozy atmosphere in an intimate ambience enriched with art objects. Mediterranean cuisine with excellent pizzas, pasta and local dalmatian specialties.
This was another restaurant recommended to us by locals. It's very small - only half a dozen tables or so, but the menu is comprehensive and filled with a great choice of delicious food. The drinks menu is great too. The staff were very friendly and most helpful and the service was first class - what's not to like?

Our 4th meal out here.....not very impressed with the local food. So this gets 4stars based on low expectations and good service, but to be honest tasteless sea bass and over cooked chard and potatoes donât do it for us. Not fussy eaters, but have found Zadar food overpriced and tasteless, so this is better than most but think we will be off to Crete /Greece in future for better priced and quality food
