Had to try this based on past reviewers but we found it to be overpriced and overdone. Our perch basket was dry. Everything deep fried. No inside eating here. No ice or glasses for beverages. Our fish market has a giant mural painted on the front of the building. In great big letters right above the door it says "Hot Fried Fish To Go". You are disappointed everything is deep fried, there is no inside seating and no glasses for beverages. Wish you would have seen our T-Shirts, they say "you don't look so hot yourself".

We spent the night in Ludington before taking the SS Badger to Wisconsin. We saw Table 14 as we were walking around town. We called and left a voice mail to make a reservation, which is highly recommended since they only have 14 tables. They called us back a little while later to confirm, and to suggest we come in a little early if possible. When we arrived we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was excellent and a lot of fun. I had the buttermilk fried chicken and my wife had the mussels with fettucini. Simply said, this was some of the best restaurant food we have had in ages. We live about an hour and a half from Ludington and may very well do an overnight trip just to eat at Table 14 again.

Last day of vacation, what a great place to spend it. Seated on the outside deck with a Marina view. I had Walleye for the 1st time....usually don't eat fried but this was worth it!

We hadn't been to Scotty's in a very long time, but it is still a great place to dine in Ludington. Our grandson loved his crabmeat stuffed catfish, and I splurged to enjoy the 8 oz. lobster tail. We had attentive, friendly service, and we were out in time to go enjoy the sunset on the beach. Thanks, Scotty's!

This is a smoked fish food stand in the middle of nowhere Ludington- break out the GPS or a good map. Walters operates on the honor system and they are always open. We sought this place out because our usual smoked fish shop was closed for the season. And boy, are we glad we stumbled upon this place on the internet! Most fish is sold in 2 pound bulk boxes costing about $20 each. There are some smaller, single-serving offering available as well. We selected a box of lake trout from the cooler, deposited our $20 in the payment slot and went on our way. Upon opening the box we were greeted with the most delicious looking and smelling smoked trout we have ever had! The box contained 5 total pieces of fish - 2 center-cut "steaks", 2 flanks and a tail portion. We WILL be returning, regardless if our usual spot is open or not! If you are in the area or passing nearby, find this place!
