This is a large sushi train restaurant however its been set up so the track winds in and out of the dining room creating a number of smaller dining areas. You can choose to sit at the counter or in a booth that seats 4-6.We waited a couple of minutes for a seat and were taken to a booth where the waitress explained how to order using the eMenu. Though it was all in Japanese we soon got the hang of it as there are pictures of each dish and if in doubt we could press the bell on our table and the waitress appeared. The restaurant is licensed but we went for the green tea that is "on tap" at each table. There was a good range of dishes and once we'd made our choices on the touch screen the food arrived in a minute or so, announced by a bell to help us figure out which of the endless stream of dishes was ours!The food was tasty and well presented and really well priced.

Especially their Maguro (Tuna) is better than other Kaiten-sushi. They now have ramen noodle but I wish they serve coffee as well. Kids love to there cause the dishes are delivered by a bullet train (Shinkansen).
