My first seafood choice of restaurants in Jeddah and best shrimp experience ever! The whole experience from quality & taste of food to the friendly & professional service to the restaurantâs ambience and design makes it a must to try. Personally recommend you to try Shrimp (steamed) with garlic butter sauce & then your preferred spiciness level. Second choice for mussels with lemon pepper sauce. The only downfall is the waiting time for you to find a vacant table (10-20 mins in the 3 times iâve been there) but what makes it interesting is that everyone going there is willing to wait :-)

I love this place Trattoria Italiana lookalike. Chef Lallo is one of the best, humble and loyal to Mediterranean cuisine.Customers were both Locals and International incredibly accessible to men and women together. All the waiters careful and kind always on hand.We ordered election of plates to share as quantities were BIG!!! I would say for two people each. What is amazing all food is extremely fresh and tasty,Our order:Caprese with tomatoes, like this I have only eaten in my country ItalyPizza Margherita cheese was melting on a perfect tomato sauceSea Salad with lemon dressing, fish from the Red Sea, it does not need any additional comment, taken the same morning!Nagel fish Carpaccio, thin, transparent and exquisitly liquifying on the tongueMixed Fish Soup a dream comes true you can easily and separately taste each flavorDesserts were Tiramisu and Creme Brulee the Best you might find in this part of the world! Now that I know I will be back,

I have been here before and my experience was very good, but yesterday (on a Saturday afternoon) I had a guest from abroad and the weather was amazing, a rarity in Jeddah to have a breezy, cloudy, nice afternoon in Jeddah on a weekend noless. So I called the restaurant at 1:30 pm to check the availability for table in the single section outdoors, the operator told me that the outdoors single section only opens at 3 pm. I made a reservation and showed up on time, only to be surprised that they would not open the singles section until 4 pm. I explained to the manager that I have a guest from abroad and it is embarrassing to be turned away especially since I already made reservation. Long story short he kept apologizing and stalling me, and we were seated after 4: 20 pm, our order were taken at 4:40 pm, food was served after 5:20pm, and we left around 5:45pm. So we stayed about 3 hours and we spend less than 30 min eating and the rest of it waiting and arguing with the staff. During our wait many many other customers were angry, one of them at least made a big scene and gave the manager harsh words before storming out, and restaurant staff just brushed it off as it's business as usual. It's all because customer service and satisfaction is the least of the management concern, because if you leave, many will happily take your table, so why should they care?On the plus side, the food was good, and the ambience (by that I mean the view and the weather) were amazing. The Service is really not all that good, and maybe because the place was too busy, but that should not be an excuse. I for one will not go there again, and for sure not on a weekend.

We entertained foreign business associates. Our office secretary requested for set dinner for 10 pax which costed SR300 per head. The price was worth it in my opinion. We had huge hamour on rice, lobster thermidor, fried XXL prawns, calamari rings, seafood pasta, etc. We couldnt finish the dinner. The portion was so huge I would call it a feast rather than mere dinner.

We went several times in one week as we were craving fish and were not disappointed by the quality of food. It is comparable to the ones north of Jeddah (Dahban) a little more expensive. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the food takes sometime to come but worth the wait. The tables are large so there is space for the food. Recommend the fried fish and BBQ (nagil).
