We are a seafood market specializing in ‘the freshest fish in the District’. We have an extremely broad selection of traceable sustainably-caught fresh whole fish, fillets, shellfish, and more. Smoked fish (lox, trout, whitefish, etc) is producer on-site

We had gone a year or two ago and loved it. I was trying to eat healthy, and smoked fish sounded good, so we went back. Sunday they had their brunch menu, which also looked good, and at the bottom it was printed "see full menu for..." so I asked the server if we could get the smoked fish platter. Yay! Delaney, our server was fantastic. Platter, $26, was a feast! Lox, peppered salmon, North Carolina smoked trout, salmon candy, whitefish salad, plus cream cheese, horseradish cream sauce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, capers and two fresh, large bagels (we had pumpernickel and "everything." We also got a side of hash browns ($6) which were yummy, diced potatoes with red pepper and onion. Music (Outkast, I asked, and Delaney joked "that's so old") was kind of loud, but fun. Surrounding area looks better than it did when we first came there. Had a nice conversation with an area resident when we left. This was a great feast for two that we both loved, and yes, very health (well, minus the hash browns, but oh, well.)Yay Delaney! She's great. Thanks so much for taking the time to write such a glowing review.Don't wait another year to return!

Every time I have visited this crab place they have never disappointed me. They are always fresh and good. They are famous for having extra large and jumbo crabs. The workers are very polite and you can call ahead to place your order. The crabs and shrimp are excellent!!
