We enjoyed some tipical local dishes and the quality was definitely good. It was unexpected due to the location (it's the swimming pool restaurant..) and we were happily surprised. We could see some pizzas on the tables around us and they looked similarly delicious. The prices for the food are cheaper than the ones you can find in several places in the valley. On the other side, beverages are quite expensive. We didn't take wine but you can find a large choice of them. Good and fast service from a kind staff

Once again Brix 0.1 lived up to my expectations. I had waited 2 years to come back to this magical place and again I was entranced by the location, atmosphere, attention to detail, the carefully executed epicurean experience and the attention of the amazing wait staff. Somehow I danced the whole night away on New Year's Eve and welcomed in the new year/day. We experienced both day and night meals in our 3 week visit to this beautiful town. Of you wanz to lunch of dine at top Level of South tirolian food there is no netter Place than Finsterwirt in Brixen (Bressanone) Service is exzellent ne they know many details about regional Food and wine. Nice service, nice atmosphere. We loved the tapas for starter (peperoni, eggplant, tomato etcetera) and the desert was heavenly. But then the main course / second course: both the fish and the meat dish were far too greasy, and any fresh ingredients totally absent. We both felt a bit unwell afterwards.Prices are high.Other days in the week we sometimes used their take away and had a very nice meal then, combined with fresh ingredients from the supermarket. Just the tapas would be too heavy for our stomach.
