This was our first time and we had no expectations. We really enjoyed the food and ambiance here. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious. The service however, was a bit disappointing. From poorly communitcating the Wednesday Date special, to interjecting into our conversation, she simply had an edge to her that we didnât appreciate. The worst part of it all was at the end when paying the bill, she had to remind me to tip for the full amount and not the discounted amount from our gift card. What a self serving move. Just like that, a decent night ruined by one moment and a neighbourhood customer that wonât be back.

I have been going to this restaurant for almost 10 years. The menu has changed a couple of times. Let's focus on what's wrong then refocus on what's right!In the last year, Turkey Bolognese is sooooo wrong it will never be right. Dry as the Sahara and blande. It is off the menu and thank Christ for that!Last night I bought a dinner for the asteroids. The crab cakes were the second best I have had...and I'm 43yrs old from the west coast. Bravo on dialing down the briney taste and keeping the crab taste in the bite!Ricotta gnocchi = fail!!!!!!!!Italian restaurants rarely attempt this one and ricotta is a huge fail for this market. My parents came here on a floating door and won't try to make ricotta gnocchi. On top of that, they cooked in corn! It made it over the top sweet. It could have been marinated in corn syrup and the result would have been sweeter! I spent 30 mins picking the corn away and I tasted the gnocchi and left it alone. SUPER JUNK.The Martinis are nummy.
