Yume serves great sushi and grilled Japanese food in a very well organized all you can eat concept. Ordering using a tablet computer is very efficient and easy. A high quality dessert buffet is included. You have to be a bit careful not to accidentally order items with a surcharge. Not really needed with a great choice of items which are included in the base price.

Nice athmosfere, great food. Value for money. Friedly service.We visit here often. The menu has something for everyone. They have a menu all-inclusive: you can choose everything from the cart but at a fixed price. We love the fish and lamm dishes. The modern interieur makes it a great evening out.

What a nice location, in the forests of Drenthe!Very large setup outdoors with large terrace to drink, eat or just do both and relax..Good and friendly reception also so all the ingredients for a good meal with 6 friends..But.. Waiting for the dishes was rather too long and initseld too small. We started at about 7 and maincourse was served around 10! That dissapeared in about 3 minutes so in the end around 12! we returned home a bit unsatisfied in the stomach area..Sad because the meal initslef was good, made of fresh ingredients grown on own land.So i hope this to be a one time glitch because this has all the hallmarks of a fine restaurant..

This restaurant is located in a quite remote area in a small village, Valthe. It is an old farm converted to a restaurant. The ambience is accordingly, but in a stylish way. The tables are centred around a big fireplace, where guests are welcomed with an aperitif. In the surrounding area, it is the only restaurant on a more culinary level, being listed in the Michelin guideThe restaurant works without a written menu. Instead, you only decide how many courses (3-8), what you like and dislike and a menu is created for you. We went for 6 courses and informed the kitchen we wanted to drink a glass of white and a bottle of red wine and the menu was adjusted accordingly. We had 2 fish courses (one with shell fish), 2 meat courses including the main, cheese and a desert. The wine list is quite extensive, with wines from may countries.

We had here dinner two evenings in a row and enjoyed the warm weather, the friendly and quick services and the attractive and tastefull three courses menu (25 euro) with enough choice for everyone's taste. They serve house wine only - no wine list available -, but their Chardonay is an acceptable white wine on warm evenings like those we had after a sportiv day, cycling around over 50km. The (plenty) mussels we had were nice cooked and served with three different sauces. The terrace with a great view invites you to stay longer as well. A place to return (as we did).

We ate here on one of the evenings of our stay. We ordered a burger, a hotdog, a steak and fries... All was fine, just a bit disappointed with the crème brulee... the crème was a bit too thin and well... I don't want berry compotes on top... it spoilt it a bit for us. The setting is nice, the staff is friendly/ helpful, they have a play area for children and it is not too expensive, so still not a bad choice, but not excellent or outstanding in my opinion.

We stopped here for dinner one evening. Looks like a great place. It is nice inside etc. However, the food was just ok. We ordered ribeye and it was not like ribeye we are used to in NL and so undercooked, I could not eat it. Our wait staff was good though and very friendly. However, the food is just ok. It is like this used to be a really good place and then fell back on reputation and forgot to keep moving forward.

Maybe there are not so many choices of typical restaurants that can provive variety of foods including asian (Indonesian food), Dutch local food and international cuisine around Exloo-The Netherland. This is one of the restaurant which is also part of De Hotel Meulenhoek in Exloo, The Netherland which provides those cuisines. I recommend some of my friends who really like enjoying Indonesian food such as Rendang, Sate, or Soto ayam, so when they stop by to Exloo, they can also spend sometime at De Meulenhoek Hotel and Restaurant, after that enjoying the nature around Exloo with bikes or walking. About the restaurant, well....fancy atmosphere, relaxing situation and child friendly situation, what the important thing is the friendly of the staffs. We can have a feeling as dining at our own home. Some popular dessert also available like "dame blanche" with exactly pure chocolade sauce. Try and you will comeback.

Had the pleasure of attending a reception/cocktail party at Bussemakerâs. They could easily handle a group of 100+ participants in their bigger meeting room with bar. Also enough private and streetside parking to accomodate the associated traffic. Coffee cakes drinks and snacks all good.

We had the 6 course menu. With every course we were wondering, can it get better??? And yes, it can. Absolutely stunning food, a very modern take on haute cuisine using local ingredients. The food was light and interesting using different techniques The accompanying wine just ultimate the experience. The staff was polite and very professional. To meet the chef made this visit even more special. I will most certainly come back.
