We went for a small wedding reception and evening reception. We stayed over too. No faults just an amazing weekend. The food, the staff and the accommodation were all fantastic. Call at Kelbrook fisheries for a chippy tea on Saturday evening with being in the area... To be served the only thing I can describe as were burnt offerings + swimming in a dark brown grease so the whole meal went straight in the dustbin. Avoid at all costs !!! I am absolutely horrified that you were served this and I can only apologise...this is not up to our standards at all.I am happy to offer you a free meal for two if you would care to call in again.

This was the choice for dinner when my walking chum and I (after an afternoon supping Timothy Taylorâs ales) picked my daughter up from the adjacent station ahead of she & I walking the BHF Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. The food was very tasty and the service friendly & efficient.

Saw people sat in and around eating chips etc so my wife bought fish and chips and sat outside on the little tables provided lovely food,portion size was good very filling just what was needed after just having a couple of beers and saved not eating out so to speak.
