Every-time I have the chance to drop by at Hofuf, no trip would be complete without a visit to Green Valley. Food tastes authentic with an ample serving size fit for 2-3 persons. Service is quite slow but friendly. The restaurant is moderately hygienic. During prayer times, you can stay inside the restaurant and eat so no hassle. They also cater for special occasions. Its a decent place for Filipinos to hang out.

The Dar Basma restaurant is a unique place in Al hassa with historical design that combines the past and the present in a modern style. The indoor seating area atmosphere is very relaxing, were the tables arrangement gives luxurious touch and privacy. The restaurant is specialized in serving local cuisines in a modern stylish manner. They also serve free welcoming fresh juices. All food is very delicious and tasty where it was marinated in a special spices. We have tried several dishes such as the Hassawi rice with meat and the Jareesh and it was awesome. Also, I like the different appetizersâ dishes and the fresh bread. All delicate decorations were selected in an articulated fashion to give the feeling of history of the area. The restaurant is located in the heritage Al Kouate area and it is a landmark adding value to the tourism business in Al Hassa city.An advice to all guests are not to miss the tasty sweets that are made from special local cousins, such as the Assydah and the Ballaâlyte.

The mixed seafood grilled especially the lobster with a freshly sweetness taste was delicious, and the lamb steak was okay. My friends love the variety of desserts and fruit juices. The service crews were exuberant, respectful, and they quickly served our order. However, I was not impressed of the ambience.

This is the best seafood restaurant in Al-Hasa. The fresh seafood here was delicious. The crab, oysters, lobster and clams were incredible in their flavor. The way it is cooked especially the variety of fish in a nice rice is the best dish they can offer you for a take away.
