We popped in to Epoha for lunch on my son-in-laws friends recomendation and we were not disapointed. The staff were very friendly and informative about the hundreds of Soviet items on display. There are booth areas with different soviet themes. The food was very good and the service was excelent. If you want to see soviet memorabillia and good food with great service this is the place for you. If not, it is still worth a visit for the experience.

Samovar

Russian Style cuisine. Lovely large red lettered sign. In the corner of a block between 30-40 Kenesary Street, lots of street facing windows. Just down from Line Brew.

I have eaten at Samovar three times, twice with larger groups of people, and once with only three of us. The first time was the best, with generous portions of very good food. The second time was mediocre at best. The last time, with the same order as the first time, and I left hungrey thinking I would not want to repeat the experience.
