When I came in this restaurant on my way from Karlovy Vary to Loket I've found both waiters laying on the chairs inside bar. I then asked for beer and they provide it - unfortunately it was already turned sour. I've asked to change it - got new one.... and a bill for a new one! Incredible for a beer country. At the same time couple came here with their dog and asked waiter for something - he gets away and returned with "No dogs allowed" sign. It was, for sure, quite 'honest' move as the dog was 'so' big and dangerous. Yorkshire terrier. My recommendation here is to take few steps further and get to Jan Svatoš restaurant - it will take less than 1 minute.

We were staying in the adjoining hotel so for ease decided to eat here. Overall we were disappointed with the cost and very average food although the service was good.Dear Mrs. Alenka,thank you for your review.Foods in our Taverne, that are expensive, are prepared in a non-traditional Tandoor oven. It's prepared food in a healthy way and there is noone in surrounding, who has it. Although it takes longer, but it's worth it. Moreover, it is always food for 2-4 Person and you can choose as well not so expensive food from Tandoor - for example fishes or vegetables etc.Traditional Czech dishes are absolutely affordable price in four star Hotel, that is precisely tailored Czech clientele.(for example - ROAST VENISON SIRLOINWITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 150g 195.-(Bread dumplings, cranberries, whipped cream)65 1,3 VENISON GOULASH, Bread dumplings 150g 194.-)With best greetingsLada Vimmerová

I ate at the Hajovna Restaurant In Karlovy Vary in April. Would I eat here again?Yes. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes. The restaurant was very nice, the service was fantastic, the food was very good and the prices were very reasonable. The portions were also very generous. It was unexpected to hear that the flowers in the dish are also edible. We ate out on near the river - a very nice experience. I advise to try russian soup with meat in a homemade bread. It was so delicious for me) As well as mouflon! Also for me was unusual taste of salad with beef, fruits and flowers!! Taste, It's worse it!If we will return to this beautiful city, we will certainly visit this restaurant again.
