The chicken and dumpling serving is HUGE. Found out after attempting but not succeeding in eating my order that my hubby and I could have shared an order. Something to think about. Entree comes with a relish tray which was nice. Choice of soup or salad. We choose the salad which was very good and fresh. We had the house made dill which was very good. Also warm bread. As I mentioned the dumplings are HUGE. There are 2 of them with the chicken underneath. You also get a bowl of string beans and a bowl of gravy. The reason I am only giving this a very good is because the food could have been warmer. You could not taste much warmth as you ate your food. There is your waitstaff person and 2 other people who were bringing water and making sure everything was going well in the dining room. These 2 young people were doing an outstanding job. I kind of felt they paid more attention to us than our main server although she did a fine job. There was no room for dessert which is a shame cause it looked like they had some goodies. You have the choice of eating either inside or out. We choose out which is a nice experience. It has been many many years since we have dined here. We were glad we came back. Not sure however if we would return again. The major disappointment was the food could have been warmer.

A great meal at a friendly dockside cafe on the river. We had several types of seafood, fries, salad, slaw, key lime pie. All were good but the calamari was just outstanding. Tasty (and strong) selection of tropical drinks. Eddie (sp), our server, was exceptional. I wish I lived near the Puffin Cafe so I could eat there all the time!!

We recently had lunch here. Our beer was cold and delicious. Even though it was really busy the man serving us was attentive and friendly. Our food was just okay, but we would go back to try something different on the menu next time. It seems a bit pricey considering that the $10-12 sandwiches, burgers etc don’t come with a side. $4 seems overpriced for frozen fries. We would suggest offering some lunch combos to make it a better deal.

This shop supports the community and serves some tasty food too. A group from a local church decided to have lunch here as we planned our next outing. We were given a side room to meet & have lunch. I had the soup of the day and half a sandwich. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Being pretty new to the area I now know a good place to catch a good healthy lunch.

Went for brunch with my family on a weekend morning. Got some nice food, and a local microbrew in a can (its the weekend!). Small menu, small space (great for kids), mid-range prices. I'd like to stop in for coffee sometime. I did notice that in the hour we were there, at least two people came in and asked for the manager to try and pitch products or services or something.

This is a very friendly restaurant located in Washougal, WA. Standard Mexican/American menu but done in a very authentic manner. Salsa is a little watery for me but everything else is outstanding. Great service and good bar. Try them out!

One of the best restaurants in east Multnomah County. Weekly all-you-can-eat spaghetti & meatballs special, good wine selection, delivery option & consistently great service makes this Italian restaurant one of the best additions to downtown Troutdale. Large area for groups. Beer, wine & cocktails. Delicious desserts.
