It was exciting to see a bakery closeby us! So we decided to visit after our lunch. We wanted a treat for the day. Daughter had "white chocolate raspberry cupcake", sons had "Lemon sun drop cupcake" and "salted caramel" cupcake. Everything looked delicious and prices reasonable for a bakery. We also got a few other items and maybe we just expected too much? Beautiful but nothing that wowed us. We were glad we got to try Queen Bee's but we won't be back. We really wished it wowed us but were disappointed. We bake at home often and we just didn't feel the choices we had were "special or unique ". It's fun to visit but just not enough for us to go back. I will say we love the kid and family friendly seating inside. So cute and carefully decorated and clean. The woman behind the counter was nice, but neither of the 2 women ever greeted us when we walked in. It wasn't until I said we were ready to pick out our items that the woman behind the counter even said anything. Nothing personal towards me I'm sure, times must be hard? Anyhow, because it is a local business, I still encourage all to give them a try. I wish their business much success.

I ate here twice. The brunch was excellent. I then went back for lunch to try their barbecue. It was very good as well. There's an outdoor patio and some seating inside as well. There's a really good reason why they are one of the top restaurants in town. I'd highly recommend it. It's a short drive from Charlotte airport and the airport hotels.

Really large variety of coffee drinks, hot and cold. Delicious desserts. Comfortable seating, with good books and magazines to read. Enjoy the occasional folk and country musicians that play for donations.

The only negative thing I can say about this restaurant is the long waiting time for food. The food was good with large size portions and the prices are very affordable. The restaurant sits in the middle of a large condo complex and provide pleasant views of the river.

I’ve eaten here before and thoroughly enjoyed the food, but this visit with my daughter failed to impress. I had one of their flatbread pizzas and it was thin on toppings and fairy tasteless. My daughter had a chicken salad sandwich which she said as “OK”, bland in teen-speak. There was also confusion as to which server had our table so we also spent an unusual amount of time waiting for things. I did like their beer selection, however. Will try other local restaurants next time ...

Went to Kings Mountain for a good cheeseburger at Blackwoods but they were closed after Thanksgiving. Therefore did the trip advisor search, ended up with Bright Star in Mount Holly.
Order our cheeseburgers, they were brought out on bread loaf , waitress said they ran out of buns.
Cheeseburger was not all that. I order mine with it all, not much to it. Wife got hers with chili and mayo.
Fries are crinkle cut, ok.
Not a place to return too. I

My family of 5 adults from England were visiting friends in Belmont and for our first breakfast we visited Chick-fil-A for the first time.
Our friends had told us about the amazing chicken biscuits (scones to us English people!) and we all thought they were indeed fantastic. We even had some mini ones as well that were dipped in honey which were to die for!
The restaurant was buzzing but it was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly despite being crazy busy.
We loved the humour of the advertising posters with the cows - brilliant!
My wife will tell you that she thought the food was fantastic, and the rest of the family agreed that it is the best fast-food we have ever had.
