The kids usually enjoy coming here to get a quick ice cream. Banana splits are good. Kind of hard to go wrong with ice cream and kids. If you're going to come here do it before the sun in your eyes or wait for it to set.

I visited a new donut shop in Locust Grove. They serve a variety of donuts and are also a bakery. They have a few tables to sit and eat your donut and drink your beverage. Nice, bright shop with friendly people.

This restaurant was recommended by friends who lived nearby and it did not disappoint. The minestrone soup was piping hot and full of vegetables, but contained no pasta. The small Italian salad was chock full of ingredients. My husband and I shared a plate of ravioli in meat sauce which was excellent and more than enough for 2 people. Service was friendly and efficient for our large party. A word of warning - two steps down inside the door may prove a hazard to the handicapped and the doormat outside the door slips on the sidewalk which is dangerous.

The place is small maybe 30-35 seats; but every time I've gone there the sushi, very fresh & other food was wonderful & savory. Service was quick, pleasant and attentative. Prices are good with good portions

Mama's is a chain in the area, but the one I visited is located in Locust Grove in a strip mall. Most of their customers are locals, who either eat in in a small dining room (about a dozen small tables) or take out. I've had their lasagna in the past (quite good and quite generous portion), but this latest visit was ordering a take-out pizza (there are many toppings to choose from). It was ready in 20 minutes, just enough time for me to drive to the restaurant. The staff has always been friendly and the pizza was a thin crust variety and quite tasty. I highly recommend Mama's for those who want good, tasty Italian fare at a reasonable price.

We tried Vallarta for the first time recently for lunch and were very pleased with the quality of the food the friendly service and the very reasonable prices. Vallarta is nicely decorated in Mexican motif and very clean. We enjoyed the lunch specials - great food at a great price. We'll definitely be back!

Visited on a not too busy Sat night. Wait staff was attentive, but noticed they were constantly apologizing for the long wait times to the customers. When food finally arrived however it was good to very good. Told manager ho should comp us an app if we came back tomorrow to watch football game - he refused. To me, that's a sign of very poorly trained managers. Lost a lot of bar business from us on Sunday.

The menu is overwhelming. There are way too many options. I am not sure how they can keep ingredients for so many options fresh. Food tasted good. Waiter was friendly and efficient. Food came out in record time.

Lin's has the typical carry out Chinese menu, but the food is better than most. Sauces are better than the usual syrupy Chinese, and the food is not over salted like most. Clean store with a couple of tables for eating in. Staff is always nice, and sometimes they throw in some extra food.
