Great breakfast and lunch location. My wife is a big breakfast person and I'm a lunch person. You can have the lunch menu at breakfast time. This cafe has great food. We've tried breakfast and lunch places in Kalispell, Bigfork, Whitefish, and Columbia Falls and this is our favorite.
Both the lunch and breakfast offerings are great tasting and offer high quality food.

My friends took me here last night and as regulars they told me that everything they have tried is wonderful and they have never been disappointed. That made picking out my meal difficult! I ended up getting a burger and it was wonderful! I can see why my friends love it so much.

This place is amazing. The ladies inside the shop are so friendly and accommodating. I got a blended dirty chai that was amazing and I got the lavender honey scone that was also fabulous. You must try this place while in Lakeside. My husband got the ham and egg bagel sandwich on a Parmesan bagel, the bagel was very tender and the sandwich was delicious.

We were walk-ins after being rejected at many other restaurants in town! The service was fantastic-- very attentive waitstaff. The drinks were on point, and the food was great, too. I'm a vegeterian, and the salads they had to offer were delicious. Definitely check it out (and make a reservation!) if you are in Bigfork.

We happened upon this cafe needing a cup of coffee and what a surprise! Delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches and pastries. And even better people who run the place. So welcoming & friendly that we went back a second day - out of our way & well worth it. Congratulations on the expansion!!

We called in for a quick lunch. Between three of us, we tried the toasted sandwich, cheddar and broccoli soup and a simple crepe. All were good. It was busy, so service was a little slow, but overall we thought it a good place for breakfast or lunch, with good coffee too.

If you want a real Montana breakfast, the Homestead Cafe is the place to stop. The breakfasts are varied, home cooked and enough food to last until dinner. While waiting for your "from scratch" breakfast you can shop the antiques throughout the restraurant both on your table and hanging throughout the place.
The owners/servers were outstanding. They frequently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. If you are not a huge eater it would be easy to share one breakfast.
