I enjoy a good burger and this place didn't disappoint. A great stop for some fresh donuts and very nice breakfast. I really enjoyed their Loco Moco served with Macaroni salad. Service was good and friendly. Prices are comparable to other nearby locations. A very enjoyable experience.

While everyone seems to be talking about their cooked food/deli service, it 's important to remember that they sell groceries here too. This is especially important for those folks like us who are staying in and around the 15+ mile markers. Rather than drive to town for some basics we forgot to get when in town, we stopped in for butter, bacon, etc. Not cheap but then again it ain't cheap at Friendly's Market either.
Recommended.

This place was merely okay. The pizza was edible but it's nothing exceptional. I couldn't even tell you what kind of pizza I ordered it just so lackluster. Still, it's a nice change of pace to get out and have a pizza if we're going to stay for several days.

Paddlers Restaurant and Bar

Molokai is a uniquely wonderful Hawaiian island and Paddlers Restaurant is a part of that beauty. A favorite local hangout and a favorite of those visiting the island. The food is absolutely great, there is a full bar including specialty drinks, a large selection of beer and various wines. Live entertainment is provided with no cover charge most nights. There service is outstanding and every effort is made to make sure our guests are happy and satisfied.

We had the steak quesadilla and a burger. Both were good. We thought there would be music but there is only live music on the weekends. If you are on Molokai for an extended time definitely a place to try.

Ono Fish & Shrimp Food Truck

Reviewed By IPM - Needham

Believe it or not it is extremely difficult to find fish (or chicken) to take back to your place to cook/grill?? Go figure! But some incredible fish is available at this little food truck right in the middle of town. Fish of the day was seared MahiMahi - cooked perfectly! A drink comes with the meal. Everything runs around $13-15 and they do accept credit cards. Seating behind the food truck on picnic tables. A spritzer type set of tubes around the perimeter keeps the place cool.

Hiro's Ohana Grill

Reviewed By MJH161 - Denver

We ate here three times during our recent visit to Molokai, wishing we could find someplace better but we could not find a more compelling alternative. The view is fabulous, especially on a clear night. It is a romantic setting with live music. The servers are trying to do a good job, although the service tends to be slow. What’s not to love? The food is mediocre, in the two star range.
Food that we enjoyed: sashimi
Mediocre to poor food: Saiman soup, salad with tempura shrimp, Panko crusted calamari.
The single fish offering was a marlin. It seemed odd that there was not any other fish available in this oceanfront restaurant.
While the music is good, apparently there are some volume restrictions and it is very difficult to actually hear the musicians. We tried some cocktails but found them poorly made. There is a wine list and beer list, both just OK. On the nights we were there, they did not bother to turn on more than three or four of the dozen torch lights that were on the premises, which would have added to the atmosphere.
Despite the negatives, this is probably the best restaurant on the island and a place that you should try at least one time.

The Store House

Reviewed By AquaPacifica - Gold Coast, Australia

Finally - a place that I want to eat rather than eating at places out of sheer necessity due to lack of options. This place is a gem on Molokai. Tiny store at the end of the main street on the left hand side. They have one wooden table inside to eat at or just take it away. They have delicious salads (hurra!) and very good looking bento boxes and sandwiches and everything is fresh and tasty and prepared with lots of love. The girls behind the counter and in the kitchen are proud of their little business and rightly so. After 4 days on Molokai, finally decent food. Will go back every day until we leave and eat my way through their menu. Very highly recommended in you are into clean, healthy food of the non-burger, non-pizza variety and want to feel good after you have eaten and not just full. Yum. so pleased. This should be number 1 on the island along with the ice cream shop. Supernice service!
