My husband took me to the Saxony for our 4 year anniversary. It was very romantic. The candlelight lighting, soothing music, quiet and relaxing atmosphere was a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Reservation is best but they will try to accommodate. Steaks are made fresh right where you can see them being cooked. You can also have a drink from the bar next door brought to you if you so desire.

I was looking for a foodie gift for a dinner party I was invited to, and this bakery hit the spot. They made me freshly dipped chocolate-covered strawberries for $1.25 each, on the spot. They were so yummy and tasty! The bakery also had cookies, all different varieties, cake pops, bon bons, cupcakes and custom-designed cakes. The creatively decorated cakes were beautiful and the few cookies I bought were quite tasty. I had a strawberry-chocolate chip, a button-press sugar cookie with a dab of chocolate ganache in the middle, a banana-nut shortbread cookie with banana cream cheese icing and a chocolate-chocolate chip-coconut-walnut cookie. Everything seemed reasonably priced. They take cash or credit cards and if it's a custom-order they require a 50% deposit. There's no place inside to sit down, but there is plenty of parking on the lot adjacent to the little bakery building.

The atmosphere was meh. The furniture looked comfy but the decor was sparse. I ordered a cup of hot tea, although I know this place is known for their coffee. Unfortunately, there is no listed menu to read and the walls of the counter are high, prohibiting a view of the tea selection. The young woman had to read me the tea options and she had no clue what tea was. I asked her to leave room for milk, which she didn't. I asked for honey and a few minutes later, when I repeated myself, she said "Oh, I didn't know you wanted honey". And, then she proceeded to premix an unknown and indeterminate amount into my cup of tea, again behind that tall dark wooden counter. Um, how did she read my mind and know how much honey to put in my tea?!?! She didn't, it was too sweet. So weird, why wasn't the honey on the counter on the side for me to use? I don't know. This is so typical of a Hobbs business, totally clueless and lacking in customer service.
Yeah, they have a drive through and free wifi, but whatever. Thank goodness there are other options in town, with a drive through and/or free wifi.

Read reviews and decided to eat there for lunch. My sister ordered tacos, she didn't care for the meat and had massive raw onions, the burgers were just ordinary burgers. People are friendly and atmosphere is ok but I won't go out of my way to eat there again.

This is a new location for Starbucks and the first time I tried it out, the person in front of me payed for my coffee, so I returned the favor for the car behind me, great location and staff.

Recommended by our hotel and we were not disappointed. We arrived early and glad that we did, it filled up right after we arrived. Excellent salad bar that includes soups. Prime rib and NY steak were grilled perfectly. Service was excellent. A very enjoyable dinner. We would return.

The bagels are really good, as is the Brocolli and Cheese soup. Also, I believe, best Dr. Pepper in town! A lot of people go on and on about the chicken salad, which is not my thing, but they seem to love it! I personally enjoy the Everything Bagel with ham & cheese. And the Club is also a good choice. Just a word to the wise, they do not accept Credit or Debit Cards, so come prepared with cash or check. Totally worth it!

This was our first visit and we were very pleased. Cocktails, salad, stir fry and sweet-n-sour chicken all very good. Price was very fair for quality and quantity. Loved the atmosphere and our server was prompt and answered all our questions. We travel thru Hobbs a few times a year from metroplex to Ruidoso and are always looking for good eating spots, as we are not big on fast food.

It has now become a must with my work colleagues and I that we do Rosa’s on a Tuesday. It’s freshly prepared, made to order, good tasting and not full of unnecessary chilli powder!! In fact it’s for everyone food which you add spice / heat to to taste. It’s clean, always smells fresh brightly lit and everything about it says great quality for a very reasonable price and the quantities are generous too!!
