Excellent food and friendly staff.. I will definitely go back again.. very large portions for reasonable price. One of the largest Margaritas I've ever seen.

We heard this little drive in turned out to be quite a surprise. The cheeseburger I had was made to order and excellent. The only issue I have is it is greasy......The service is good and the prices are reasonable. Stop here for a unique meal.

This is where the truckers and farmers come to eat!! Huge portions and the day we were there they had 3 homemade pies and a cherry cobbler. Food was hot when served and the waitress was very nice. The pork tenderloin hung out of the toasted bun!! Beautiful mirrored bar you could sit at. Senior citizen discount on Thursday. They serve the pie with a spoon - the lemon meringue was all over the plate......My Susie-q-s and pork tenderloin were not cooked all the way through so the waitress got another order for me. Can't recommend them. We wanted the onion rings, but they were out of them.
Plenty of seating at the bar, tables, or booths.

We have been to the Gobblers Roost numerous times. The service is always top notch and the food is excellent! We enjoyed a tasty spinach and goat cheese appetizer, the black bean soup was delicious, the salad was crisp and fresh. The filet was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I am gluten intolerant and Kathy is always very accommodating of my dietary issues. Our family was celebrating our youngest daughters birthday. She was presented with a candle on her cheesecake. Gobblers Roost continues to be a hidden gem in Vernon Country!

Short on time? Want more than a sandwich and good service, too? Stopped here on way into town. They do a great job of keeping the buffet stocked and salad bar had nice selections. Our server Raelynn made our visit very pleasant as she was courteous, very friendly and efficient. Good job!

Staff excellent. Very Friendly, helpful, eager to please. Breakfast food normal for McDonalds which isn't half bad. Prices anymore are very expensive for what you get. Evidently, solution to losing marketshare and paying higher wages, which is deserved, is to keep increasing prices beyond what is reasonable for what you get. In other words, pass the buck on to the consumer. Eating here less and less and aren't real fond of the food anyway except for breakfast. Can eat a good meal anymore at a regular family restaurant for the same price instead of burger and fries. Just stop here now if there is nowhere else and traveling.

This sonic is by far one of the best I've stopped at. The order is always correct and the service is fast and friendly. The carhops are extremely polite and they go above and beyond. It is neat and clean including the restrooms. Plenty of parking too.

I have come to this unassuming cafe regularly since they opened in late 2016. I have always been pleased with the drinks here. They have lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, Nitro iced coffee, hot chocolate and teas... Everything you would expect at a nice coffee shop. They are happy to customize drinks to suit you. They also have a small menu of hot items for breakfast (biscuits and gravy, eggs, etc.) and lunch (paninis, burgers, soups, fresh salads; no french fries, nothing fried - unusual for this area!). They also have several flavors of hard ice cream. This is a great place to stop and refuel on your trip down highway 54. The service is excellent.

A good food from a corporate system of quick see what you buy restaurants. If is locate don Highway 54 slightly west of middle of town on North side of Highway 54. Food is quality of the corporate menu.

This is a delightful small restaurant. The only down fall is that it is a smoking restaurant. The food is delicious and large portions. Plenty of parking outside, not much inside. I probably won't be back because of the smoking policy but if that doesn't bother you it's great.
