Our hotel was near by so we walked there during a snow storm on a Friday night. We were seated right away. Our waiter was friendly and helpful with suggestions. He even asked the chef to make pasta primavera for a friend. Servings are HUGE! I would definite recommend the half size. The gnocchi with pesto was delicious! Cocktails were a good pour too! If visiting Syracuse give a try!

A hop away from Route 81. They have the best Italian bread ever. I has been going there 50+ years. My Mom would take us there to pick up bread. When the bread was warm we ate some on the way there. It is convenient to grab bread at the grocery store, but nothing compares to Columbus.

Apizza Regionale

We dined at lunchtime, just before they closed. The place has a very cozy feel to it even though it’s a pretty large establishment. We sat at the bar which has super comfortable stools and is right near the pizza oven for some extra warmth. The bartender and servers were very nice and made some great suggestions. We both ordered small pizzas which come with a side. My minestrone soup was fabulous and my buddy said his mixed greens were great too. The pizza was amazing. I had a white pizza with Brussels sprouts and homemade sausage. Just the right amount of spice and excellent crust. Craft beer selection was pretty weak but other than that it was wonderful and I’ll certainly return.

We've been here twice this fall, on the recommendation of friends. Even my picky relatives enjoyed themselves. We ate down stairs on a very busy Friday night and upstairs on a relatively slow weekday evening. Our meals were well prepared and the service was excellent both times. Our friends were right. We'll definitely be back when we're in an Italian mood.

Ruby Tuesday

Came in on a snowy night, that was really not busy. The waitress was very sweet accommodating and enjoyable.

A couple of our ordered a large drink from the bar which was delicious but heavy with ice (would order again requesting less ice). The dinning room was drafty so we all had our jackets across our lap or on. The food was... OK. We had a brown salad (not from the salad bar) and under cooked onion rings and things that just didn't make us enjoy what might have been better parts of our meal. My teenager boy didn't even finish his burger.

I want to emphasis that the server was sweet and accommodating but the meal just wasn't good.

Pastabilities

Reviewed By Laurie P - Cortland, New York

We had dinner here on a very snowy Wednesday evening before our play at the Civic Center. We parked on the street in front of the Civic Center-and made the very short walk to Pastabilities.
We arrived about 4:30-as we were unsure how the weather would affect driving. We had a seat at the bar and enjoyed a couple Wagner Valley Cloud Bank Hefs. Delicious! We were promptly seated at 5PM when the dining starts for the evening.
We started with the spicy tomato oil with warm bread to dip. As many have commented-it is flat out amazing! We had heard about the Calamari, and it was everything others have said. What we really appreciated, was that the breading was super light-and it did not have that fried taste that most calamari has.
For our dinners we had Chicken Riggies and Spring Ravioli. Both were absolutely heavenly! The Ravioli was very light-so again, not that bogged down heavy feeling that pasta usually brings. We ended the dinner with the Warm Cookie Sundae-delicious!
We sat in the back room, and had no issues with noise whatsoever-but it was a snowy night. No line when we left at 6:30-but I'm sure that was also due to the weather.
We absolutely will return-and highly recommend this Pasta Heaven!!

This place was terrible for Thanksgiving Buffet. Starting with cold dinner plates, to undercooked food, to long lines at the carving table, to shopping club desserts! And NO pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving!!!!
This is our first and LAST time here!
And, they add a 20% gratuity to the bill for a buffet! Are you kidding me?? Not to mention, 80 year old people are forced to pay $27.95 for a half a plate of food! Come on Justin’s management, wake up!!!

Dinosaur is the best. All of the meats are mouth-wateringly delicious. What I love about it though is that I can choose two healthy sides. I love the cuke tomato salad, the greens, and the fresh veggies each day. Any review of Dinosaur also has to mention the wait staff who are always great. Don't miss this place!
