When we go back, we will order a Baby Waffle Cone. That will be one huge dip of ice cream in the waffle cone. Since it was our first time, we ordered a Single dip. That is two huge baseball size dips of ice cream. For this much ice cream, the price is wonderful. My problem was that it was 90 degrees and I couldn't keep up with the ice cream cone. I just couldn't finish all of it either and I love a good waffle cone.
There were so many different kinds of ice cream including hand dipped and soft serve. My son-in-law got the Bomb Slush and went back for another one...it was so good.
The line was long but there were three windows that were taking and filling orders. There are tables to sit at but it was so hot the day that we went. Ice cold bottles of water were $1.

Returning for a class reunion gave us an opportunity to patronize our favorite Mexican restaurant. We dine here almost every time we come 'home' and have never been disappointed. This visit was no different as we were afforded the same food and service to which we've grown accustomed. I told the cashier that we travel often, and of all the places we've been, this is still our favorite.

I can't even explain all of the things that I have tried here and loved. The portions are huge and the food is amazing. I am a huge fan of the firehouse panini, tomato bisque soup, chicken quesadilla and breakfast....OMG....amazing breakfast!! I love their salsa, it's nice and garlicy! I sure do miss this place now that I have moved away

We really enjoyed our lunch at the Grind Cafe. Their soup was tasty and they also served breakfast dishes which were good. The home made pastries were delicious!
Service was very friendly but it did take a while to get our food.
The bathroom set up is very odd.
It is only a mile or two off highway 30 in the historic downtown.

We were visiting a friend in Delphos this weekend. I wanted to take him out for a nice dinner. The Top Chalet was right downtown. This restaurant is divided into two areas. The bar and the restaurant. We chose the restaurant because we thought it would be quieter so we didn't have to complete with the football games on the bar TVs. The restaurant part had less than 10 tables. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, seafood and steak. I chose the New York Strip steak, my wife a Ruben, our friend a Greek rollup. I asked for my steak to be medium. The waitress took our orders. Moments later she came back and said they didn't have any NY Strips. They did have prime rib, so opted for that. Our salads came first. They were fine. Then the wait...and we waited and waited. I don't remember exactly how long , but it was over a half hour. The waitress seemed embarrassed by the wait. We finally got our food. The Ruben was fine and so was the Greek dish, but my steak was supposed to be medium, however it did not have that juicy taste you expect in Prime Rib. It was considerably dry.
I think they cater more to the bar side and I noticed when we left, the bar was nearly full of customers.
I sure the locals love this place, but I as a visitor was not impressed. Sorry Top Chalet.

This family owned business serves up a frosty good taste with its root beer and root beer floats. The burgers and fries are filling and delicious. Yes you miss the car hops and the trays hanging from your window; but the smells and tastes bring you back to that era. Just a note: they employ lots of local school kids to give these kids a chance. Way to go, folks!

In town on business - decided to try Jing Fong's for dinner - traditional Chinese fare - had the Hot n Sour Soup, General Tso's Chicken with fired rice and 2 pork egg rolls - egg rolls were very good and not loaded with fat from fryer, and the soup was also good - the General Tso's Chicken was done well with a crunchy coating which I prefer - all in all not a bad meal, and, as usually the case, a good value too - there are a few tables and chairs to use to eat there but this is primarily a take out place - the couple (assume owners) were very friendly and I notice many come in who appeared to be regulars - they were greeted warmly - when in the area I would eat here again

We both had great ice cream here. They use good toppings on their blizzard-like treat. It was a cold day to have ice cream but it did not stop us from going back the next day.

Hoped to have something good here and make my chicken-eating son happy. Not sure about other menu items, but I have NO idea how this place survives. Chicken strips and potato wedges, completely tasteless. Completely. No seasoning at all. Service at the window... annoyed. Not friendly at all. No curb appeal. Must be a Delphos thing, like "Jim's".
