We ordered our sandwiches to go for a picnic at the beach. The selection was almost overwhelming but we selected a variety and all were great. Then we turned and saw the dessert options and almost left the sandwiches do we could have more dessert! Grabbed a few cookies, brownies and loved all of it.
Definitely would go back and eat in so we could enjoy it even more!

We enjoyed the coffee once we got it, especially knowing they roast their own on site. But it did take a long time to get it. We waited nearly 15 minutes for our latte and cafe au lait.

We stopped in for some "calorie-free" cookies and icecream (wink, wink). I decided on the icecream sandwich made from two fresh chocolate chocolate cookies with a nice amount of vanilla icecream inside. It was delicious! Staff was as warm as the cookies.

Are they an ice cream parlor? A bakery? A Coffee Shop? A wine store? They try at all, but don't succeed well at any. They've got a comfortable sitting area though if you don't mind looking out at the parking lot and highway...

Just an average small town diner. Lots of TVs for sports a plus, food was pretty average. Large portions. Tenderloins are passible by Iowa standards, but certainly not the "best" as reported by some posters.

If you have a big appetite this is the place to go. The burgers are great - not overly huge, but nice size. We've never had anything else there because the burgers are so good!

This is the place to go for the best Chinese food in north-central Iowa. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is always excellent. As an added bonus, it's located near the historic Surf Ballroom.

We are open from mid-May until Labor Day. We serve lunch and dinner in an unique setting, under big, beautiful mature oak trees, next to the lake with grass as the flooring. You will be waited on by one of our friendly servers at one of the many picnic tables. Our restaurant does not have walls but we do have indoor seating for those who choose to be inside. PM Park was built in 1914 and has served breakfast every season since then, with a full menu you will find something everyone will like. We do have a quite a few items that are gluten free and will accommodate any special needs if possible. Children love this place, they have a beach, a pirate ship. a frisbee for a plate and all the space they need to run and play.

This is a festive venue on a marina. Food was bar food at best and nothing seemed homemade. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating, but the place seemed under staffed as refills were slow to come. We got cheese curds, nachos, a burger and chicken strips. I'd go back for the venue but the food itself would not lure me there.
