The supper club traces its roots back to the 19th century, when it was a tavern, hotel, store, and barbershop. The building has undergone many changes, but the attention to detail has not changed. Roepke’s is well-known for its famous salad bar with recipes that have been handed down over the years. There is a wide variety of fresh, handmade salads prepared in our kitchen by our culinary staff. We have guests that love to ‘make a meal’ of just the salad bar!!! The supper club has built its reputation on hand-cut, flavorful steaks; a range of fish and seafood selections; and a wide variety of specialty items. An old-fashioned supper club, Roepke's does everything well! We eat here often, the food is always delicious, fresh, tastes like home-cooking, and the service is always exceptional. The drinks are top-notch and not pricey. Our favorite menu items: Weiner Schnitzel ala New Holstein (schnitzel with an egg on top), the tenderloin, pork chops, Cashew Chicken, to name a few. The green beans with almonds as a side are always perfectly cooked. The steaks are tender and done just the way you ask. The food comes out piping hot and fresh from the kitchen. A salad bar offers something for everyone, from pate to traditional cheese for spreading on crackers to greens with lots of topping choices and blue cheese dressing that is consistently chunky with blue cheese and always yummy. This food is not fancy gourmet food, just simple, really wonderful food!

Best coffee I have ever had! When traveling for work, I try to make sure I'm in Chilton while the shop is open just so I can get a coffee, even better if I'm there in time for lunch or dinner. I have ordered 4 different and all have been great, will keep trying new things each time I stop.

My friend Scott heard about this place from one of his customers and we decided to check them out for dinner one Monday night.
Well, we ordered a 14" sausage and pepperoni pizza and it was actually very good (much better than your average Wisconsin pizza). But that's just the start of what they offer.
This isn't just a pizza place. It's a full deli with lunchmeats and cheeses, beers and sofas, and display cases full of really delicious looking deserts.
And they also have plenty of eat-in space. That includes both a few small tables near the front of the shop as well as a sizable dining room off to one side.
Finally, the women that were working on the day of our visit were just wonderful friendly people. I really like this place!

Food was very good, however it was pricey. For a family of 4 getting sandwiches, chips and fruit smoothies it was 57 dollars. They did have gluten free options which was good as a family member has s gluten allergy. Would like to have seen larger portions for the price.

Our family loves ice cream and we stop at many different cities to try the local ice cream. In our many travels we haven't found any ice cream better than scoops! Their homemade ice cream is in a class by itself. They have a large selection of different flavors and a wide selection of cone types. They also have a large selction of sundae's. My favorite is bear bait! We enjoy sitting outside enjoying our ice cream. They have some small sit on toys for small kids and a bucket of sidewalk chalk for the kids to create some artwork. If we could rate this a 10 we would. You will not be disappointed!

First time that we have been here but wouldn't go back. Met a relative at the restaurant due to the half-way meeting point. We arrived around 5:30PM and had some drinks at the bar. We had five drinks total for three people at a cost of $27. I thought that was high for such a common place. Maybe the previous listings that said drinks were reasonable here had a drink special before 5PM. We ordered dinners that included the salad bar. The salad bar consisted of iceberg lettuce (no healthy greens) with a variety of toppings, cottage cheese, cole slaw, and what looked like tuna salad. Nothing special about that. White buns that were heated were nothing remarkable either. The enchilada soup was excellent though. The entrees arrived with good size helpings but the quality was not there. My tenderloin steak had fatty gristle around the edges, uncommon for a tenderloin. Must have been a lower cut of meat. My husband's steak was overdone. When the bill came, we were charged for an extra entree. However, that was corrected when it was brought to their attention. Staff was friendly and service was fine.

A great hometown family breakfast place. All the traditional menu items with very friendly staff. We visited on a Saturday and it was definitely a local favorite place. Local construction makes it a little tougher to find, but worth the couple of wrong turns.

I ordered the $6 burger basket. It came with a cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and a sundae! It is such a great deal! The burger was mouthwatering delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly. The woman at the register said she was the owner, she was so friendly. She made sure to point out that on the receipt if you complete a short survey you get a free dilly bar! Awesome! The service was fast and the tables were clean. I definitely will be going back! Yummy!
