Castle Rock is an affluent home rule municipality that is the county seat of Douglas County, Colorado, United States. The most populous municipality of the county, the community's population was 48,231 at the 2010 United States Census, with an estimated population of 55,747 as of 2014. It is named for the prominent, castle tower-shaped butte near the center of town. Interesting little place. Does a good job with families and groups of six or eight. Has a patio that would be fun in the summer. Burgers, burgers, and more burgers, along with some other options. Food well-prepared, served hot. Service was great -- timely, courteous, knowledgeable. We'll go again!

Just happened to pop in on a Friday night with the kiddos after box lacrosse. The owner went out of his way to find us a big enough table and got us sat ASAP. Had the fish tacos...very yummy and they had a good selection of micro brews

My wife and I recently moved to the area and quickly discovered Castle Cafe, it's become our go-to restaurant when family is in town.

We were a small group and had the front room all to ourselves, which was very nice. Our server was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers (brie, mussels, calamari, and more) and wonderful entrees and wine. We heard they are closing up by the end of the year, so we are really glad we had a last chance to enjoy. A wonderful dining experience!

This is my brother's favorite local Mexican place. He loved the beef tostada and chicken enchilada. My shrimp burrito was just so-so. The service was good, though it took a while for our food to arrive. I bet there are other good Mexican restaurants around, but I'll give this one another try.

What a great restaurant in a cute little part of town!
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting but modern. The wine list is compact but well selected. Our server was friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. And everyone’s meal was delicious and well-presented.
I can’t wait to return!

Very cute, welcoming indoor and outdoor space. Just after we arrived the sun set and they turned on the outdoor light strings. Great touch to create soft lighting outside. So it may not be the authentic German food we were thinking but most of the food was awesome. Pulled pork pretzel sandwich and the chili were the #1 picks at the table. Both were delicious and excellently priced. Pretzel bites were good but be prepared because it comes with a cold beer cheese dip. Guacamole was excellent. The chicken dip was not a favorite at the table. Apricot beer was great, sour was also good. Others enjoyed hard ciders. When we return to castle rock in the future this will be on our short list of places to revisit!

Okay. I had a procedure done on my throat necessitating liquids and soft foods for about a week. So, I tried something new on this particular visit to th Rock Yard - French Onion soup and a pint of Lynx beer. Simply delicious and soothing to an otherwise uncomfortable throat. I enjoyed it so much, I’ll order it again sometime!

My wife and I love to stop at Yolanda's anytime we want something quick and or don't want to cook at home. They have a lot of variety and their queso is awesome! Prices are reasonable and you can have a drink to accompany your burrito if you'd like.

There are lots of choices for toppings but the open assembly area can get very messy. My daughter ordered a specialty pizza without the artichokes and the guy put them on and then remembered to take them off but the juice was already on the pizza - gross. The pizza crust itself has no flavor and it is very thin and bland. So, you need to order lots of toppings to cover up the flavor of the pizza crust.
