Atmosphere is so fun for all ages. Food is AMAZING!! Everything I have eaten has been so good. My girls love going there to get a grilled cheese. The broccoli cheese soup is good when it is cold outside paired with the grilled cheese sandwich...MoreWell, we're glad you enjoyed! Could not find it in downtown Brenham so asked at the Visitors Center. They said the stand alone coffee shop had closed but they had it in the local grocery store. Wish places would update their web info as this is third time this trip the place I wanted to go had closed recently.

A very good option for lunch if you’re in Brenham. You can park in front of the restaurant and walk around the little pretty historic center before or after your meal. Sunday offering for brunch we’re very good and tasty. Fresh ingredients and innovative offerings. Good friendly service!

First time eating at this restaurant. I had Asian marinated Angus sirloin (I'm Asian and cook a lot), I did enjoy this and admire the attempt towards Asian cooking. I was warned that it has a kick to it but I didn't taste the kick, not spicy at all. My husband had Enchiladas verde, he said it was ok. However the place has interesting decorations and beautiful lamps for sale. Kay herself is very welcoming, attentive and personable. I had a chocolate cheesecake dessert, it was very good and not too sweet!! Will definitely dine here again and try other dishes on the menu.

No hotel coffee can beat a good hot cup from Starbucks. Always consistant, regardless of where in the world you go. Coffee is hot, fresh and strong.

We arrived late afternoon on a Friday and still had amazing food and service.
The brisket is perfectly delicious. I had half lean and half wet. The corn pudding is more like a simple corn casserole not too sweet, no peppers.
I would recommend the pinto beans over the barbecue beans unless you prefer the mustard taste in the barbecue beans.
So delicious!

My wife and I had dinner at the restaurant on the evening of the 20th of October. It was our second visit to the Volare; the first visit was awesome; however, our visit on Friday evening was most likely our last. On Friday evening the server we had was awesome; however, the meal I ordered was totally flat; had no taste at all. Secondly, after we finished our meal, and while waiting on the server to ask if we wanted desert, our dirty dishes just sat on the table. As a matter of fact, they were still sitting there when we left. It appeared that the restaurant was totally unstaffed for a Friday evening. I'm sorry to have to rate the restaurant so low, but we were truly disappointed!

I found this on TA while planning a trip needing a lunch break in Brenham. This was perfect in every way. The little town was quaint, easy to park in & nice to stroll after lunch. The café was busy & we were lucky to get a table. I wanted to try so many things on the menu but opted for the crab cakes & salad. It was well presented & delicious. No complaints at all, quite the opposite & yes, it was quite funky!

Stopped here for late lunch. I had bacon Swiss cheese burger with grilled onions. Burger was good and came with bag of kettle chips. Wife had B.A.L.T which is a BLT with avacoda. It also came with bag of chips. We both liked our sandwiches and would eat here again. It's located right downtown along with lots of shops.

I met somebody here for a business meeting and the staff was very accommodating. They gave me a place to plug in my computer. The food was really good! I had the shrimp cocktail and it was really fresh and tasty would definitely come back here again.
