Passing through, 4 stopping for lunch. A remote part of the state. Milk shakes were very good. The fried pickles were the best we've had anywhere. Soup was excellent. The hamburger was straightforward and prepared well. Service was good, the facility clean. Not fine dining but good value. I would definitely return when in the area.

It's the little hut on the side of the road. What a wonderful fun surprise to get Harry Potter's Butterbeer frappe and Klingon Raktajino (really just a good sweetened coffee) in Arco. Some of the proceeds go to autism research. Stop by and get some...MoreThanks for the great review. We're really proud of our unique flavors and beverages. Especially the out-of-the-ordinary ones, like the Klingon Raktajino. Thanks for stopping by.

Dining options in the middle of nowhere occasionally return pleasant surprises. While I cannot recall exactly what we ate or which wine we enjoyed six weeks ago, what I do remember is the wine offerings we significantly better than any other place around. They had a least 6 red and several whites that I recognized. All were in the WS high 80s-low 90s points range. Atmosphere is simple, but welcoming as I would expect for the location.

Had lunch here (was Friday so I had clam chowder), and the chowder was exceptionally tasty, very creamy and very hearty. It was sooooo good. And the accompany scone/fry bread was absolutely beyond fantastic.

Serve staff were friendly and attentive. Facility was clean and comfortable and the very first restaurant when you arrive in to town from the south. very handy next door to the gas station.

We ordered roast beef sandwiches and the amount of food served was almost to much. The roast beef was perfect and the sides are great as well. A great treat in a small town in Idaho.

This is really quite an emporium and cafe. You will likely not come across a place with such variety and you won't find a place with a person like Mel. He's full of great stories, philosophy and personality. He also cooks up a good breakfast. This is easy to miss, as it's a bit removed from the road, but be sure to take time and stop.

Ate here with a group of friends. There was only one girl working to host, wait and bus tables, so the only negative was that service was slow. We seated ourselves as no one really acknowledged us when we arrived. We also grabbed menus so we'd be ready to order. It wasn't that the staff wasn't working, she was just trying to do it all, and the place was fairly full. We gave our drink orders and food orders at the same time. We weren't in a hurry so it was fine. The food came and was good, authentic, Mexican. They have a full Mexican menu but you can also get a burger. They also have a few Mexican desserts, and drinks. Service was slow but I thought the food was good.

Value for the money was great. We stopped for lunch on our way to Sun Valley - place was clean. Most of the menu items were $5 - which was plenty of food. The staff was very pleasant.
Would we stop again if we are in the area - absolutely.
