If you're looking for something quick mad filling, you can come here. The food is of good portions, and nothing to complain about. That being said, there was nothing spectacular or different about it. Just another quick sub place.
But my experience was from last year. It could be a little different now.

A friend recommended trying this restaurant, so my wife and two other couples had dinner there. To put things in perspective, the restaurant is n the heart of a central Virginia farming county. I have lived in Germany for several years and I was somewhat...MoreThank You! Your group made the Place look good on a Saturday night! Since the place is for Lease or Sale the only correction I like to make, that it has seating for 45 persons.Looking forward to your next visit, just check on Facebook or call first.

Amelia is the county, Amelia Courthouse is the town, but the address uses Amelia as the city name.
My friend and I went to Hatcher's for lunch today. I was disappointed to hear of Leroy's passing, yet Sylvia, amazingly didn't seem to miss a beat. There were flowers and sympathy cards on view, and locals coming in to express their sympathy, yet Sylvia kept things moving. The food was just as good as it was when Leroy was there, as was the service. Sylvia is one amazing business woman. If you ever find yourself passing through Amelia on your way down 360, stop by for lunch or breakfast. You will not be disappointed. (They are closed tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 10 for Leroy's funeral).

We need to stop for lunch somewhere and it wasn't easy since we are in a 38' motor coach towing a Terrain. We stopped here was it was easy access. They were in the same parking lot as Food Lion so plenty of room to pull in and pull right on out. It turned out to be a good choice. The people were friendly and eager to wait on us. The sub was delicious. They had a little bit of everything on their menu from subs, specialty subs, salads, flatbread pizz, wraps and a Bologna burger. Wasn't brave enough to try that. Service was fast. I would recommend eating here.

Recently, I dined their with a couple of friends. This was not my first time dining there. They were somewhat busy. Two male staffers assisted us. One of them brought back the wrong drinks for 2 of us. After bringing the correct drinks to us, we did not see them anymore. Come to find out later that they went home. It took 25 minutes after we sat down before we flagged a waitress down to take our order. She seemed exasperated to have to do it. We also asked her for more of the sauce they give, since we like one type more than the other. She responded, "you already have one" after bringing us the 2nd cup of sauce & she stormed off. I have no complaints about the food, but I do wish that they could be more consistent with the churros! One week you get it with whipped cream, & the next you don't. One week with chocolate. one week no chocolate syrup or cherry. You'd think they would treat regulars very good!! & yes, we always leave a tip! Even after this disatrous service!!

Stopped in for dinner on the way back from Blacksburg. Really love their salad bar but seems slightly higher in cost than it should be. This is a popular place with decent service primarily serving pizza. Thought that Broccoli was a little old.

60 years old an traveling thru/ hunting near here with my son. Ordered the Original Lefty's Pizza XL loaded up. $17.50
This pie is a monster and clocks in at over 6 lbs and over 1" thick. The crust is thin and the rest is cheese/toppings. Son and I maxed out on 2 of 8 slices. This place is 2 hours from my home but I would go out of my way to stop here again.

Excellent food with hometown country service. Never a stranger when you enter these doors. Home made fries. Clean and a part of Amelua's history. Very busy so often difficult to find a seat. Serves breakfast and lunch.

My family was traveling between Midlothian and Farmville and made a quick stop for sandwiches. This Hardee's is new and they made a great first impression! The food was hot, fresh and tasty - plus the friendly server insisted on helping my mother wrangler the tray of drinks to our car.

I ordered from here when a family member came to visit and we didn't feel like cooking or driving far. The food was what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant with prices to match. They do have a seating area, but take out is ready in the normal time frame. They do not deliver.
