We are a small microbrewery located in the old town of Quito. Our Tap-room functions primarily as a place to hang out and try some delicious beer but we do offer a limited pub style menu including Pizza and pulled pork sandwiches HAPPY HOUR! We have happy
Arrived at this craft brewery a few minutes early. Staff was kind enough to let us wait inside. Our wait was followed by several IPAs fabulous hamburger and delicious chicken tacos. The staff was attentive and helpful and prompt. It was a decidedly locals crowd which was great fun.

My meal was extremely disappointing. The shrimp "cakes" (appetizer) tasted like a rubber ball would taste (I guess) and had the same consistency as a rubber ball. Tasteless and bland. The salmon was dry. I was offered no sauce of any kind. Very bland. The little potato balls were fried very hard. Tasteless and bland. The asparagus was bland. The little 'salad' had no dressing. The only redeeming thing about the dinner was that I only paid half price for it because it was Diner's Club discount night. The wait staff was ok.....although we never saw the waiter that took our order again. Based on this experience I can not recommend Z(inc). (There were 3 of us and all meals were the same....tasteless and bland.)

This place is perfect for those who want to treat themselves without breaking the bank. The meat is of great quality and the staff is very friendly. We had the sirloin and the tenderloin (both 300g) and it was simply amazing and cooked perfectly (medium rare as we asked). Would definitely recommend to everyone!Side note:Opening hours are falsely indicated on google and TripAdvisor. The actual opening hours are Monday-Saturday 5:00pm-11:00pm (closed Sundays)

Our accommodation was close to Santa Rosa and we drank their beer on a number of occasions. This was the best beer that we found in Quito and a welcome change from Pilsner which is the only brew we could find in Galapagos. Santa Rose doesn't have a huge selection but what they have is good and they cover the bases from IPA to stout. Their burgers are good too so stay for a bite!We are glad you had a good time in Santa Rosa! We are moving to a new location next month with 20 beers on tap!Cheers
